Absolutely predatory business model. Does NOT tell you the exchange rate, only "10 AED (Local Currency) = 1 credit" 1 credit ended up being $1, triple the exchange rate Banks = $1= 3.7 AED Mobiamo = $1 = 10 AED

Hello Alex, We're sorry to hear you feel that way about Paymentwall. We can assure you that you will only get charged for the amount displayed on the checkout page, which should be consistent with the details found in the receipt if you completed your payment. Any currency differences are settled real-time so you should get charged for the exact amount in your local currency. Please note that the websites determine how much one "credit", e.g. a point or a single item, would cost. The price point at which the credit is available is the exact amount that you will get charged for. If you believe you have been charged differently, please let us know through [email protected].

absolutely dogsht. had an issue verifying a card, locked the account, I remedied the issue and provided the documentation needed (to unlock the account) they said it was all sweet and they'd unlocked it. I replied that my account had not be unlocked. They THEN additionally requested me to send a selfie of me holding my I.D next to my face to unlock my account which I had already provided all the documentation they requested. Also, slow replies. I'd suggest just looking for other payment service providers or don't use them at all.

Had to verify to make a payment for Black Desert Online. The process was a little tedious, but over all I'm glad it worked out. They respond quickly (surprisingly most responses were within 10 minutes, even at 3 AM EST). Over all, I'd say their security is a little over the top, but at the same time that keeps our information safe. They are easy to contact and work with. Great experience.

Tried to purchase something in Black Desert Online. Because i was running a VPN. The terrible company blocked my account and had me forced to go trough a lengthy check which asked me to give away a huge amount of private information to them. Most of which is illegal in the EU. Steer away from this garbage company.

I got stuck with the account/payment security system. When I first saw the system message about it, I was like: "Damn it. I can't stand these parts of any kind of online purchase, they are so slow and mean". But honestly, I'm just amazed by the Paymentwall Support's speed, efficiency, patience and kindness. I hope if I ever have to fall in these kind of "issue", I can get the helping hand of the Paymentwall Support Team again. Great job! I'm so grateful for it!
