My opinion as a costumber whit paymentall, i had some issues whit authorizing my gift cards in a company they work whit, it blocked me for the protection agains fraud, they helped me all day whit all my cards and the attention was nice an fast, im happy whit their support team and hope they keep doing a nice work (this was whit Terminal3 payments owned by paymentwall

Die größte verarsche der Welt
Die größte verarsche der Welt, 2 Bestellungen, 2x verifiziert, 2x Geld eingezogen, 0 mal die Ware erhalten Unnötige Informationen die nicht weiterhelfen, alles auf Englisch, kein Support, Tut mir Leid aber in meinen Augen der größte Schrott, jeder der sein Geld nicht zurück erhalten hat sollte die Seite anklagen, ich bin auch bereits dabei alles in die Wege zu leiten. Schmerzensgeld vom Anwalt von einer 10x so hohen Summe, doch das die Seite nicht gesperrt wird wundert mich sehr!

Sehr Schlecht! Ein größerer Müll ist mir bisher noch nicht vorgekommen. 2 Zahlungen getätigt 2 Zahlungen aus verifizierungsgründen abgebrauchen und mein Geld würde einbehalten je 50€ und 30€. Beim erstenmal noch versucht mich zu verifizieren klappte nicht kam keine antworten mehr und jetzt passierte nochmal das gleiche. Ich kann jedem davon abraten mit dieser Methode zu bezahlen das sind für mich die letzten...... MfG

Good and fast replies.
Wanted to pay online and they asked for some personal info. Fast replies and good service. Still too soon to judge their privacy strenght, but so far so good. Can sen an email and expect good and fast replies.
