These guys are not scummy per say but are down right slow. They took forever to review my case as they marked me for fraud. Then I kept getting hit with fraud because they do not like how my CC company allows me to make proxy cards so that I do not have to give games my real card information. Shocker. Anyways since 5-23-25 they marked me for fraud three times. THREE. Both times saying well they can not prove it is my card. Makes me feel like they do not want my money. Not to mention I have sent the same items every time and every time they are like it should work but you may have to do this again if you use a different card. I am a younger 20s person in the US I will have many cards whether it is smart are not is for me to deal with later. They also sent me a broken link to review them which made me more frustrated. News flash tho angry people are really good at finding things.

It took some time, but it eventually got fixed. So thankfully, i'm able to buy stuff

I get wanting to be secure however it took me sending my information 3 times before it said my card was verified… but I’ve already used that same card for other purchases so what’s the issue

today 05/10/24 all went quickly and very good but it was unfortunatly that it did take long before all get sorted but glad it did and want to thank the team

Update: I received the payout on 24.11.2023 after two years of communication with them. I must state that they are not scammers and will ultimately make your payout. However, the Paymentwall team needs to fix their financial relations with their customers as it is frustrating that payout takes such an incredibly long term. For over two years, I've been struggling with this company to receive a payout that was rightfully mine. The process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they assured me that the payout was processed, but to my dismay, the funds never arrived. Repeated inquiries were met with the same response: they claimed everything was sent from their end. This dragged on for three agonizing months. When I requested concrete proof in the form of an MT103 transfer document, what I received was a shoddy PNG file filled with random numbers. My bank manager confirmed my worst fears: the document was a blatant fake, and no such transaction ever existed in their system. It's important for potential users of Paymentwall to understand the risk involved. My case, inquiry #873962, opened on October 28, 2022, is a testament to their inefficiency and possibly dubious practices. As of now, they have failed to process the final payout. This experience has left me not only financially strained but also deeply disillusioned. In conclusion, I urge extreme caution if you're considering using Paymentwall for your transactions. Be prepared for the possibility of not receiving your money. It's a risk that, in hindsight, I wish I hadn't taken.

Does the work but support answer time is awful.

It's a waste of time if they don't give the approval process without setting up the website.
