Worst customer support ever, ask way to much info, if there is possibility, don't use them.

I made an unsuccessful payment attempt at checking out at a shop, went back and choose paypal. I ended now up with two times paid, paypal and paymentwell. I got back to them via email, they said, that they see don't see any unsuccesful message, I should forward them the paypal transaction, so they can see there are two payments made. After that they got back to me and said they can see no errors and only one transaction through them. I got back one payment through paypal after around a week, so I'm fine now.

Replies fast on email and Facebook. And takes responsibility for Samsung-Firmware.com's mistake.

I was going to purchase a life time subscription with a VPN company not realizing this company was their vendor for collecting payments. We're not talking about a significant amount of money either, $150. I get an email from them, not identifying who they were but wanting a copy of my passport or some type of government ID as well as a copy of my credit card! I deleted the email thinking it was a scam. I did contact the VPN company and they did advise they use Paymentwall. I did inquire why they needed the information and was told to verify my account. After a few emails going back and forth, I managed to work the amount of info down a bit so scanned the information and sent. They then proceed to tell me they need photo's of the documents instead of scanned copies. No reason why and still can't figure out why or what the difference is between a photo and a scanned copy (color scan I might add). Will never do business with them or any company that may use them as a vendor. Don't trust a bit of it.

Charges as a cash advance. My order was canceled because I saw in my credit card that the transaction was being charged as a cash advance. The order was canceled within 18 minutes yet, they still posted the transaction 3 days later, and costing me 9CAD in fees + its been 9 days and still no refund.

ok where should I start ? I have a friend and he wants to play some games on a warmane something site. He wanted to donate but his card was denied. So i told him that i would him my credit - debit for those 10 euros and no worries. He tried from his account with my cards 3 CARDS !!! First one denied because of the bank, 2nd one accepted by the bank (fyi they are connected on the same account just one is Visa and the other one is MasterCard) but when i made the payment after almost 20 minutes loading the transaction was cancelled, still don't know why. I tried my last card with 3D secure code and was accepted but the transaction was blocked again I don't know why and how !!! After that they asked for my ID and the card info with hidden numbers so they can verify. I send a photo of the required documents to my friend so he can email them. After like an hour they validated his account but when we insert any card we get the same messages but this time it was just like random messages per card ... So we try mastercard and we get transaction failed, we try again mastercard and we get a message that the bank doesn't accept the transaction, we try again and just transaction failed, after contacting my bank they told me that there is no movement on my accounts so they can't help since there is no blocking .... SOOOOOOOO my friend asked me if i can make an account on this game and make the donation from my account and then just give him those coins so he can play. Well the same stupid story. One card denied, one card failed, one card not loading etc etc. So i get 3 emails that i need to send them the same info photos of front back ID and credit card. I do it and then after like 20 minutes i get the same message so I RESEND IT ... After the problem was solved and the paymentwall verified me they told me that I can make the transaction but guess what ? SAME ERROR !!! random card denied by them, random denied by the bank etc !!! CONCLUSION: I bought a car through internet with those cards and they can't accept cards for a game. I really wonder if this warmane site had other options like paypal how many million more donations would they have ? After reading about them on reddit.com and bbb.org I think that 100% of the people share the same opinion with me. Till now nobody asked for my ID - passport - cards online for ''verification'' purposes so I am quite suspicious but it;s ok since all my cards are protected and have 0 euro inside unless I charge them but still it's not nice knowing that some company with 100% negative feedback has your personal info, even if they say that they have deleted them after I demanded it on our last email STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!
