Account verification / purchase freeze resolved.
My account was on hold due to security reasons and the support made it very simple and easy to resolve the issue. I was hesitant any first with sharing my info but was quickly assured that they were professional and that it was a safe process. This is how you provide customer support. Thank you again!

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. I had to contact customer support as I tried to pay with a temporary (one time use) virtual Revolut credit card, and my account/card was blocked by the checking algorithms. They helped me to resolve the problem quite fast, so I could make a payment afterwards. I advise you to avoid virtual cards, as I was told it is handled very strictly.

Finger weg! Lieber anderswo bestellen und bezahlen
Finger weg! Einfach nur sehr schlecht. Ich habe bei mmoga.de eine Bestellung für 26.99 EUR aufgegeben über SOFORT bezahlt und wurde von SOFORT auch so bestätigt. Danach wurde die Bestellung von paymentwall gesperrt und ich musste ID und screenshot meiner Bankbelastung machen. Es ist absolut lächerlich wie diese Firma arbeitet. Alles nur auf englisch. Ich kann jedem nur abraten etwas über paymentwall zu kaufen.

Scam!
Scam!, I've tried to buy something and had need to go through a check. That wasn't the worst, they have asked for my passport, almost the full credit card number and the cvv? I have stopped obviously and I have reported them to the police.

I also had the issue with having my account blocked due to account verification. It took a little effort to verify but eventually everything turned out well. They are friendly and very patient with (often) angry people like me. They might go far to verify your identity but I rather have this then someone strange taking money from my account xD Have patience to communicate with this support team and everything will turn out fine!
