Specialty Coffee Mugs
I have ordered 3 personalized coffee mugs from this company. The products were quickly shipped, correctly made as requested. A little bit pricey but I think they are quality and a fun quirky gift item. I would like the items I ordered for a female friend to have been available in black and passed this info onto the company.

I've purchased several items from…
I've purchased several items from Pawsionate with very satisfactory results and would give them 5 stars for those purchases. However, on purchasing their The DogFather cap the resulted cap was poorly made. The logo is way too small for others to read unless they are really close to you. I sent an email complaint to them on their website. The instructions read Pawsionate will reply in 24 hours on average, they've never replied.

I was well overcharged.$70 was taken from my account. I was offered a 25% refund on the purchase price of $45 and was refunded $9.50 they deliberately misunderstood my request for a full refund.
