Item was as ordered with dogs, names etc. BUT it was advertised a couple of days after at a lower price and all my e-mails after that were about the order arriving soon and it showed the lower reduce price BUT my credit card did not show this lower price and I was charged full cost. I feel if it was now advertised at a lower price and all correspondence was with the lower price, that is what I should of been charged. ALSO this is the second review I have done in regards to my experience with Pawsionate and they have not responded, so my conclusion is they do not READ the reviews, useless effort.

I loved the ornament. My furry pals were precious to me and when I lost them I was crushed. Thank you for a beautiful ornament. I will treasure it forever.

Great graphics amazing looking Just wish the material was a little thicker

This cap was fantastic. Well printed. Fast delivery. This did not disappoint me I’m so happy with it and everyone comments on and have a laugh.

Print on shirt was fine, problem with the sweat shirt the bottom was much longer on one side defect when produced. Wish it could be replaced wife was very upset with the gift.

The selection of dogs and images was amazing. The tumbler looks amazing It’s a surprise for my wife, as we are working away from home and the kids are looking after dogs I’m sure this will give the mum dog comfort as she is missing them . The only concern was the emails that came every day saying it was on its way . It was a bit much, as I was trying to hide it from the dog mum. Came close a few times . I love it I’m sure my wife will . Thank you so much for the memorable gift. Mark
