Ordered a customised top as a gift for my Mum without reading reviews of the company - whoops! Was given a confirmation email quickly after ordering and tracking information when the company confirmed my item had been shipped a few days later. Noticed after a while that the tracking information hadn't changed and started to worry I had been scammed when I finally read company reviews. Emailed customer services who were very reassuring and responded quickly and I received my order 4 days later than expected. Good quality and just as described, my Mum loved her top too. Had nothing to worry about and would happily order from them again, they are legit and not a scam as other reviews have suggested.

I'm pretty sure this company is not actually based In the USA. I had a simple order of 2 shirts both delivered incorrect size and printing then after much to and fro we arranged a new delivery. Received the new shirts and the sizes both incorrect. They tried telling me this is what I ordered, however it definitely is not. Don't buy from this company, they will not give you money back but offer you to re-purchase a product they supplied incorrectly with 50% discount how can they even operate.

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered in November, Xmas gifts, which their promo said was within timeframe to supply. Never received a tracking number; have followed up since late December to ascertain order status. Support desk says its investigating each time; two supposedly replacement orders but went into the same 'loop' each time. Requested a refund in the end and then they tried to keep postage paid which I challenged as by their own admission my order was never even despatched. Finally just got my refund, but felt throughout I was being scammed. Never again!

Really disappointed with this company. They delivered me the wrong T-shirt , they don't reply to my emails and I have not eceived my t-shirt yet. Real scammers.

100% bad review. Faulty shirt. No response. Crap company with 0 customer service. Don't use them.

Awful customer service! Order went into production 12.14. and it was scheduled to be delivered before Christmas, however I am still waiting for it. Sent 5 email to support and didn't recieve any answers. Probably won't get a refund either.

This company is a total scam. I ordered in November 2021 and they emailed me promising me a tracking number. Note: they didn't email me an actual number and no tracking number and no goods have arrived. They pretend to provide support through Zendesk but do nothing. Facebook and other marketing sites need to ban this company. Zendesk should also be investigated as they seem to support a number of dodgy companies.
