Ordered a mug for Father’s Day in plenty of time. First mug I received an email that the mug broke, do I want to reorder. I said as long as it arrives before Fathers Day. They assured me it would. Get an email, that it’s not arriving til after. Keep getting apology email with bogus excuses. Update: they did finally address my concerns so I upped their rating.

I did the 3 dog welcome mat, I paid extra for expedited service, not sure if it made it expedited or not it still took a while to receive but the company did send frequent updates, while the print was cute for a welcome mat it was a bit smaller than anticipated, the quality I cannot attest to yet,but it’s thin, if you want complete honesty it’s made out of the same material as a mousepad so to me it is just a xl mousepad and I may use it as such on my desk as I’m afraid the print won’t last with people wiping their feet on it, just really an impulse purchase in hindsight, I won’t purchase again.

Another one of those sites that lead you into thinking its is a company in your country of origin. In my case the UK, once you order and see a tracking email return you become aware is another China distribution Centre and your delivery will be over a month. Unable to comment on the quality but really annoying wait time, that is not shared until after you pay

The finish of the doormat is nice, but it is most definitely an indoor mat as it is too light and thin to be used outdoors. It arrived way after the promised date and in spite of paying a high price for the product, I had to pay additional tax at the post office.

Wife is happy with the tumbler but did not arrive Until after Christmas despite being ordered on 9th December! No mention anywhere that it was coming from China! Won’t be using again due to awful delivery experience.

A mixed review I ordered 2 products - one I have received with no issues, the other has yet to arrive. In all fairness, ordering and contact with Pawsionate has been good, however their choice of UK courier is Evri. After contacting Pawsionate, they sent over Evri tracking details (which is the first time I have seen them) and have been told by Evri to contact the seller for a refund or replacement - this is the story so far. The product I have received is perfect, though I am cautious to order anything else now because they use Evri, whose reputation is poor in the UK.

The experience itself was actually fun to create the products, and the follow-up emails were adorable. The only problem is with the tumbler. The lip on it is too thick and that makes it hard to get a decent swallow of liquid, especially when I’m on the go.

Everything was perfect. Shipping updates, speed of delivery, actual product. Wonderful. Only issue...batteries run out sooooo fast. Literally left on for two evenings and stopped working. And they are not batteries I can easily replace. You need to sell these batteries, or look for longer style. I have battery operated candles that last for a full month. This is my only issue with your product anf frankly ..its a big one. I had decided to buy 5 more of these for other passed animals going way back....but without the candle. ..they not nearly as special. Please help me resolve this. Thsnk you
