Im very disappointed in my Dog Toy bin. It looks nothing like on advert for it. I came squashed flat and now the hoop is out of shape and the bin itself is so crumpled its a mess

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear that the toy bin didn't meet your expectations. As noted on our website, it's made from soft fabric and is designed to become more structured when filled with toys. However, we understand your concerns about its condition upon arrival. Please reach out to our customer support team so we can look into this further and do our best to help make things right. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Have purchased quite a few items from Pawsionate and have been very happy wth all of them. My latest purchase was a suncatcher which I received today. It was packaged really well and I was very pleased with it. It was as described, very well made and was bought as a gift for a friend who had lost both of her dogs recently. The pricing was reasonable as well for the quality of the item. Would recommend this company.

I bought a long sleeve T shirt with photos of my dog. It took some time arranging the pictures until I figured out how to move each one. I’m so happy with the finished product and it came really fast too. I’d definitely do business again.
