Im very disappointed in my Dog Toy bin. It looks nothing like on advert for it. I came squashed flat and now the hoop is out of shape and the bin itself is so crumpled its a mess

Además de los 10,49 € que pagué en concepto de gastos de envío y manipulación el pasado 13 de septiembre, hoy se me han cobrado otros 13,30 € adicionales en concepto de aranceles e impuestos de importación. Considero que estos costes adicionales deberían advertirse claramente antes de realizar la compra. Pagar prácticamente 50 € por una gorra de béisbol, por muy personalizada que sea, me parece absolutamente desproporcionado y, sobre todo, una información que debería haberse comunicado de antemano.

It wasnt clear when I ordered on 6 June that the delivery would be 3 weeks away or I would have ordered something else as it was a father's day present. Estimated delivery is 26 June but tracking shows it has already been on 3 flights. Hate to think of carbon footprint for a mug.

The delivery took a while but I was kept well informed. This was a Father’s Day gift so anticipation was high. The hat is terrible. Just awful. I thought the figures on the front were embroidered on but no…sticker. The bowl of the hat was pretty shallow - more for a small woman’s head. The material cheap and nasty. The points are only for their communications (too much maybe) I won’t be buying from this vendor again.

This company has the slowest shipping of any of them. The first time I order from them the item arrived more than 2 weeks later than originally estimated. I contacted them and they had an excuse. Fast forward a year later and since the item was really cute, I order from them again. Once again the item is arriving much later than estimated. Fool me once... fool me twice... You won't fool me again. Too many other companies to order from. This is the last order that I will place with Pawsionate. When someone's pet passes and I purchase a memorial as a gift for them and it arrives 2 months after the passing of their family pet, it becomes embarrassing to give them the gift that much later. The estimated date of delivery has passed and the shipping still show it in transit in Chicago. The deliver if for Houston, TX. I'm sure the item will be very nice, the timeliness of the delivery is terrible.

The coffee mug had 2 dogs shown. The name of 1 of the dogs was incorrect. I've sent 3 emails via their recommended website contact method. I have received no response from them even though says they respond within 24hrs. The quality of the cup is good, I want to correct the name error.

Ok, well I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife and they sent me a CHEAP T SHIRT IT WAS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND NOT EVEN A SWEATSHIRT AND I PD OVER 42 DOLLARS FIR THIS PIECE OF CRAP, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!!!

Also wenn man ein Problem hat wird einem nicht wirklich geholfen. Geld gibt es auch keines zurück. Immer wieder die selbe Empfangmail, darauf immer dasselbe ja es meldet sich ein Mitarbeiter innerhalb 12 bis 48 Stunden. Kannste voll vergessen und alles auf Englisch.
