The cup is beautiful. Just one problem - It wasn’t the one I ordered! I got someone else’s order instead If there is a Noelia who has 2 dogs - Dutchy and Pola, I have your cup and it’s adorable! Hopefully someone out there has mine - A girl and her cat, Leela and Tux 🥹

Beautiful work. So happy with my purchase. Thanks for making me Soo happy with your products.

I placed an order on 9/2 and when I entered my payment info on Paypal it changed the delivery address. I notified them right away on 9/2. They never acknowledged my request to fix the delivery address. They also never sent my an order confirmation email. I emailed them separately on 9/3 and they said they‘d respond in 24-48 hrs. Now they‘re telling me it’s past 3 hrs and nothing can be done. Terrible customer service. A gift for a friend has turned into a nightmare. Terrible customer service.

Sembra resistente, vedremo col tempo.

Great detail, very pleased with the end result!
