I ordered 2 baseball caps personalised with my name and pictures of my three dogs . Paid for express shipping that didn't happen and finally recieved order yesterday . Only one hat !! Now all the invioces and prices are amennded to make it look like i ordered one hat but it cost what i was quoted and acepted for two hats . Not a happy customer and will not be dealing with this company again . Also they say they are an american company but all there merch is produced and posted from china !! Wtf ???

Company had offered a 20% discount for a repeat customer. I bit on the offer and initiated an order. When I got to the pay portion, the discount code offered to me was not recognized. I backed away from the order.

I bought the tumbler that says A GIRL AND HER DOGS A HARD BOND THAT CANT BE BROKEN. It has my look a like and both my Japanese chins. It is great quality and exactly like it showed it would. It is the same on both sides. It’s great.

Not only did this company send me someone else's order, they conveniently did not respond to my MULTIPLE requests for customer service for well over 2 months. When they finally did, they gave me the choice to either still accept my ordered product with a promise to expedite or to receive a refund. So, here we are, well over a month post their promise and I've received neither. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Order a large Father's day shirt. I received a small. They asked for pictures showing the mistake with a measuring tape. I did this and they said they would send the correct size for $15. I know there response will be "We’re so sorry for the mix-up with your order — we completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when you were expecting a personalized item." But they don't care and they will ask you to "reach out to our customer support team" to get the correct item to you as soon as you send more money $$$$$$ They won't take the opportunity to make things right. Shame on them. Do not purchase.

Easy to order, and loved the product. The recipient of the gift hasn't seen it yet but I know she will love it.
