PawsionateReviews of pawsionate.com

Another cheap Chinese scam. Don't be fooled by slick marketing. I never received my order and they won't refund my money.

My sweater never arrived, they claim it was refused at the delivery address even though it was to be a designated delivery company drop off centre. Now they refuse to help or provide a refund. Appalling!

I wrote a review yesterday and, because it wasn’t favourable to them, it has been removed ! The response I received was to contact customer services who would help me, I’ve contacted customer services but all they’ve done is remove my negative review !! Appalling service!! I purchased a personalised sweatshirt from them but when it arrived the fabric was a cheap and flimsy shiny horrible nylon fabric !! I asked them for a refund due to the deceitful advertising but they refused by telling me it had been described correctly !! It should not have been described as a sweatshirt and I want a refund !!! Everyone needs to be aware of the terrible customer service by this company. It will be interesting to see if they simply ignore me and remove this review !!

I orderd a jumper for my husband with ours cat and dog.Today it has arrived, but it is not a jumper. At best you could call it T-shirt,but Made of nylon, with poor print and muddy, oscure colors! So,so disapointed! Never more!

The girlfriend loved the sweater and being able to personalize it with her and her dog's name and likeness was cool.

Purchased a hat, it was nothing like the one on the website. Very poor quality, lucky if it cost a few pounds.Thought the print was embroidered, cleary not! you can hardly make out my dog or the names. Delivery took ages. For £30 it's a total rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

The service I have received from this company has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I placed my orders they have kept me informed about where in the delivery chain my orders are. Just brilliant. The actual sweatshirts are superb and great quality. I cannot recommend Pawsionate enough. Thank you!

I ordered a Christmas jumper for my husband with a picture of him and the dog on it. The website process is quite detailed - colour of their eyes, glasses what type of dog, etc and the picture is identical to what I expected. What I also expected was a jumper. It’s not a jumper, at best you could call it a pyjama top (polyester, thin material) that the design is printed onto. There’s nothing woolly about it and I don’t think you’d wear it out in public. I think it’s a rip off for the money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else ordering one you do better ask auntie Mabel to knit one for you!
