was making one for a gift and loved it so much got one for myself. Arrived on time and looks amazing, so cool.

This is a great company. From ordering to delivery they keep you updated on your order. Item exactly as described and the witty emails make it a pawsome company

Good quality mug with good likeness of characters. The delivery was followed the whole way and updates sent accordingly.

I like the product. I think it is very cute. It is a gift for my neighbors. I gave it 4 stars because it took so long for you to deliver it. Fortunately, I am giving it as a Christmas gift so it didn't matter in this case.

I couldn't believe the quality of the tumbler. Also, the likeness of Bailey & myself is remarkable!!

The baseball cap was ok, but the printing on it was so small that it's really not worth getting it done. You cannot see the characters that you have chosen unless you go up really close with glasses or a magnifying glass

Delivery was great and the merchandise was amazing

Love the end product. Took a while to get it though
