I did not order from this florist but from a local florist with excellent reviews. Not sure how they did this but there was a code PETALS to get free delivery and it redirected to Patrice’s Oeraks. They charged $15.99 fir a service fee which I was not aware of until I checked my credit card the next day. The flowers were not what I ordered or expected. These people are scamming and taking business away from the florist I thought I was doing business with. When I called them they were caught and kept trying to make excuses. They reversed the charge but the aggravation they caused made my blood boil. Please be aware of these unethical florist. No integrity.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst florist ever. Flowers did not resemble the pic. Did not receive everything that was ordered and the store wouldn’t make it right. Terrible service and attitudes. No way this is a family run business. Don’t use them

Ordered an arrangement this morning for a funeral two days from now. I chose from what they have listed on their website. Got a call about an hour and a half later saying they can't fill the order due to some supplier issue. However, their site says orders are filled by local florists...soooo, no local florists have any flowers? Why not take down the listings so people can't order out of stock items? I called a local florist and got the order handled. Won't use an online gimmick site like this one again.

I wanted a local florist to send flowers to a client who was ill. Patricia's presented itself as a Colorado local business and promised that the flowers that I ordered would be delivered the next day. I got a call late that afternoon saying that they had a problem and they would deliver my flowers the next day. When that didn't happen, and I got hold of them by phone, they said (at 4PM) that the flowers were just going out now. Then I got put on hold and when they came back they told me their truck was broken. When I asked for them to cancel they were very mean until I brought up a relative in the state legislature, calling the state attorney general and the BBB. They finally cancelled and I got very nice flowers from a local.

I never received flowers

DO NOT use this company. I ordered $115 worth of flowers on a Wednesday for a Saturday family funeral. They called me on Friday saying they could not get me what I ordered but assured me something would be delivered. I received a text from them 7 minutes before our Grandfather's funeral saying they cancelled my order because they could not fulfill it and I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. This is not how a business should be run and it sickens me my family never received the flowers for our Grandfather's funeral that we couldn't attend.

Wow, wish I'd read these before I paid $80 for something not even close to what I ordered. Looked like it came from grocery story--in fact, I'm sure something from Lund's would have been better. I'm in Colo and wanted to send something nice for my daughter in Dayton, who just had a heartbreaking health issue. Patricia's refunded $ and said "Sorry." Not. enough. Never ever ever use these people.

Not even close to what I ordered. OMG so disappointed. Wish I saw these review before I paid over $100.
