This company is awful. They should not be in business. The have very poor customer service and do false advertising. I ordered well In advance of my deliver date and time, when there website guarantees same day delivery. They couldn’t even get it there on time the next day that I asked for. And They aren’t cheap, one would think that you are in the business of celebrating special occasions, then it needs to happen on the special occasion or at least call,email, text something that you can’t deliver those results so we as the consumer can make sure we make other arrangements for the special event. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I even started calling them when they were not there on time. They told me to Call back in and hour they might have a better answer for me. Six hours later nothing!

The website says they’re locally owned and pride themselves on timely delivery. Neither appears true. So much for my wife’s anniversary present that was supposed to go to her workplace. Internet scams are everywhere.

I wish there was an option below 1 star. Ordered flowers for delivery on the 10th. They called back and asked if they could deliver the next day because of inventory. They did get delivered until the 13th. All you deal with is a foreign call center. I don’t believe they have a brick and mortar store. I would use a genuine local florist instead.

I ordered a bouquet and balloons for my mother's 93rd birthday a week in advance. They never delivered them! By 5pm that night I called to ask "what's up" and was disconnected 3 times before finally getting through to someone who claimed "the flowers were out for delivery, and she had no idea why they hadn't been delivered yet." No offer of sending out another (my folks live only a couple miles from their store). Bottom line - my mom has never received her flowers and I had to cancel payment through my credit card.

Not gonna lie, I was freaked out when I saw all of the bad reviews and the day was getting on with no sign of the flowers. I tried their phone number but the menu system was not working. I then called my bank and closed down my debit card and was prepared to have to fight the charges. Literally a half hour later a lady pulls up with the flowers just as I had ordered. Even a small handwritten card as I requested. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe they have come to the conclusion that it is better to keep promises instead of ticking customers off? Anyway I can’t give them a bad review in this case, but that doesn’t mean that others haven’t been ripped off or whatever. Let the buyer beware as they say.

DISAPPOINTED 👎👎👎👎 Very disappointed I ordered a beautiful lavender and white Lilly arrangement with a beautiful purple vase, what they delivered looks worst then the beautiful flowers from the street just lots of green leaves does not look professional at all. Will never use them again!!!

This people made my blood boil 😖😡😤...I ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers to my mother-in-law who lives in California and I called several times to ask what happened with the delivery because they told me that they would do it at 1:00 pm Eastern time because I live in Florida. They didn't complete their service until I threaten to sue them...The arrangement did not resemble with the pic...Did not received anything that was ordered and of course, they only sent the flowers because of my threat...Worst florist ever...Terrible customer service, phone calls operators, delivery, etc...Do not waste your time, your money and your kindness with this people... Believe me they suck as “family company” 😖...I want my money back..Shut down these professional scammers 👊🏻😤👎🏼

SAVE YOURSELF the headache! WORST FLORIST EVER! Didn't delivery on day/timeframe as ordered. Then on day 2, didn't call back as promised, and NO delivery either! Take your business elsewhere - to a florist that will actually deliver your order!!!! Like dealing with a clown train!!!!!
