I too thought this was a local florist. I started reading these reviews after I had placed an order, so I called and emailed to cancel. I will wait and see if I ever get a refund. I give 3-stars because the customer service when I called to cancel was polite.

READ the FINE PRINT... I ordered a long, low, Thanksgiving Table arrangement with two candles to be delivered Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Colors from the website show orange, yellow, brown, green, with tall orange candles. PERFECT? What was delivered was a clear glass vase of tall red flowers(not roses). Certainly not Thanksgiving, and not for a family dinner. When I called to express my disappointment, they said THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE color, style, theme, etc. and was given a $20 credit for my over $100 purchase... READ THE FINE PRINT.

Finally finished order for grand daughters birthday today Sept 21,2022. At end of transaction after order and credit card applied receivced a $16.00 add on for "service"! Not sure what this was for as delivery was free today with coupon. Will see what arrangements look like.

I ordered from here b/c they were "local" but they were not. The flowers arrived promptly but I have not seen them so I really don't know what I got but I got FREE delivery! Sweet! But was charged $15.99 handling fee! Isn't that covered in the cost of the arrangement? Lesson learned, I will always order from MY local florist and let them make the arrangements on delivery. I've read (after the fact) that they are in PA, but I ordered from Waterford, NJ. I don't think so....One and Done.

I cannot recommend Patricia's Petals in Waltersboro SC. The website was amazingly easy to use but they delivered to the wrong address and had the wrong phone number. They did rectify the situation by redelivering on Sunday (which I did appreciate). The arrangement itself was beautiful but I will not be using them again as a florist. Too much hassle and unnecessary worry.
