patriciaspetals.comReviews of patriciaspetals.com

The fraud starts when you look for local florists. Patricia's Petals has the search engines fixed so they appear to be both local and #1 wherever you are looking. They will promise everything over the phone, take your money, then deliver a complete joke. When you complain to this "family owned" business that the Deluxe Bouquet you ordered looks more like a Bargain Basement, they send you a Terms and Conditions contract that you have apparently agreed to. This means they can substitute any flowers for anything they want, and they do. Then you understand that this is not a real florist or a shop or local. AVOID PATRICIA'S PETALS AT ALL COST!

absolutely THE WORST florist in the world. Nasty customer service, sends out crappy plants that don't even come close to what you ordered and when you complain, they send you a clause that says as long as they send out anything they want, it acts as a substitute to any plant, color, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

We ordered two flower arrangements for a family funeral on a Monday morning for a visitation on Tuesday at 5:00. We asked if they had a florist in the rural area we needed and they assured me they did so I filled our order. We received our Email confirmation with no confirmation or order number. I called twice Tuesday afternoon to find out where the flowers were and no one could tell me. I knew something was wrong then. I asked that a picture of the arrangements be sent to me which they said they would do. They charged my card right away and the flowers were delivered Wednesday at 9:25 so they say. We still have not received confirmation. I will be demanding a refund since they did not fulfill our order.

Horrible experience They make you think they are local They aren’t. My delivery was 3 days late and I canceled. I had to fight for my refund. They had the audacity to say the order was out for delivery which was a lie. Avoid this company

Ridiculous, horrible SCAM!!! I am a very savvy consumer, but I was in a hurry. I was looking for a local florist in my sister-in-law‘s town, so that I could support local business. This company was advertised as the #1 local florist in Longview, Washington. Not only are they NOT local, NOT family owned, NOT well reviewed, etc. but they are NOT even in this country, as evidenced by the carefully choreographed conversation that you get when you are directed to customer service for companies that farm out their customer service to overseas. I was told I would receive a refund. I am NOT holding my breath… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is one of the worst companies I've experienced. I placed an order and they claimed I didn't put in the address, but I did. I never received any verification, so I called to confirm everything was ok, they checked and responded that it was good to go. I got a call hours later saying that they didn't have the address, but I know I put it in, and I gave them the address again. It was supposed to be same day delivery but they bumped it to the next day. The next day they asked for the address again saying they didn't have it and then hours later called to cancel with no option for other arrangements. They said they would refund me and I am still waiting for me refund. None of the employees I spoke with on the phone spoke decent English. This company seems like a scam.

My uncle passed away and I ordered a nice $165 arrangement from Patricias Petals the morning a day before the funeral. The instructions were deliver same day or next day before 9:30 am so it would be there for the service. It was not put together or delivered for the funeral. They called and asked if they could make one and deliver it to a home of one of the family and I could save $10. You have to be kidding me. Awful service and follow through.

I don't know what happened with all of these other reviews! I was very worried after I place my order and then found this! But I ordered house plants and House Flowers in the premium package for my mother's birthday she sent me a photograph even the local florists who did the arrangements said it was the most beautiful arrangement they had ever made. She was so pleased I was so pleased I am concerned that people have had bad experiences but I also know because of the type of work I do that only people who had bad experiences write reviews! So I'm going to write on their behalf! I had a wonderful experience with them they prepared or arrange the preparation of an incredible arrangements at my mother my family my father all of us were so stunned and very pleased! And I would use them again and a second!
