Wish I had know this as well. My local florist was closed so I used this one. I also was shocked to see the additional costs above and beyond what I expected. I saw the flowers at the intended individuals home and was very disappointed. They looked like they were dying already. I’ll stick with my local next time for shore.

Ignore the pretty pictures on the web site. They don't even try to get something close. They simply tell the local florist the value to meet. Expensive and misleading. Call a local florist directly. I'll never use them again.

I ordered an arrangement from Patricia’s Petals. When it was delivered, it was very small and it was from another local florist. If I wanted to use the other florist, I would have ordered from them directly. I saw the same thing happened to someone else. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from Patricia’s Petals.

I ordered 2 arrangements for my Aunts Funeral. Large arrangements at the premium price for the fullest arrangements. I also requested a ribbon saying Sister for the arrangement from my Mother. It was similar to what was requested with sparce flowers and some wilted. The Sister ribbon was hand written with what looked like a childs writing. The arrangement for my Aunt was pretty but about 1/2 the size of what was ordered in a goofy vase. I did not order a vase arrangement. I was very embarrassed by what was delivered. I contacted them to let them know. I was not looking for any money back just wanted themnto know how dissapointed i was. Thwy told me to send them pictures. Do they really think im tacky enough to take pictures at a funeral????? I have ordered many flowers for different occasions in my life and almost always been better than expected. Ive never complained before but this was horrible. They were however delivered. C Nowacki.

ordered a premium bouquet with a small teddy bear, this was also confirmed by one of their reps. Saw what was delivered, and for almost $100.00, I will not be using this company again. Also no teddy bear and when I inquired was told it wasn't added to the irder even though it was confirmed by their rrep , For the money and in seeing the "premium bouquet", lets just say say never again...rip off is more like it, my recommendation is buy from somewhere else. Also this is not a local company on your area like they advertise.

Ordered a deluxe bouquet. Not what I got. For $80, I expected the bouquet to look just like the picture on their website. Ugly vase, no ribbon as shown in Deluxe photo, and very few flowers, unlike photo. Highly disappointed!

The flowers arrived almost an hour after the visitation started. They did not have what was listed on the website and had explained to me that they would need to create a "designer's choice" piece which looked like a generic bouquet you could pick up at walmart.

This is for Patricia's petals in Macon, GA. I ordered flowers for a dear friend in the hospital there. I like to support local businesses when possible. I must say, they were very fast! The flowers were delivered in about 3 hours. However, they looked like they'd been thrown together and resembled nothing like the picture on their site. Cheaper flowers are included and some that I specifically ordered this bouquet for were omitted. Online it shows a beautifully rounded arrangement in a red vase. These are clumped together looking like I'd done it myself, (I have no ability in flower arranging) and not in the pretty red vase shown. I'm disappointed and wish I could include pictures here.
