Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom at a nursing home. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, way above what I expected. They were delivered the same day and I even received a phone call from the delivery person to confirm the right address. I know they send the order to a local florist but this is ok with me . I had past order when they called to say they were unable to fill the order due to shortage of flowers but the woman was very nice about it and did offer to change order or cancel the order.

Hard to believe all these bad reviews. My experience was perfect. The woman that took my order spoke very professionally. My order was going to a local hospital and when I gave her the room number…I said - unless they’ve moved him…she called the hospital to verify the recipients room number while I waited only a few seconds on the line. All went well.

I rate them with a 5. I ordered birthday flowers by phone and they were delivered the same day. My sister was very satisfied, and I was too. I will use them again. Satisfied in Gastonia, NC.

I read all the reviews about this business....so many that I ordered a second bouquet from a local florist. I explained to my sister that she may or may not receive a second order but it could possibly look terrible given all the negative reviews. However, when she sent me the picture, the arrangement was exactly what I ordered and absolutely beautiful. It was delivered the same day I ordered. I was pleased with everything and should have trusted the business instead of getting caught up with the negativity.

I ordered flowers for a funeral 5 days before the funeral and got a call the morning of the funeral saying they could not fill my order due to supply issues. Why would they call me the day of the funeral instead of the day before to give me time to reselect? Bad business!

Evidently, there is are many Patricias's Petals and a nationwide scam of the same name. I order flowers frequently for my far flung family in good times and bad. I want people to know that the Patricia's Petals in Ennis, Texas is the real deal. Supply issues are a big problem for all florist. They called and said they couldn't exactly match what I ordered. We talked, they promised it would be lovely. Family members let me know just how lovely and outstanding it was. Beyond what I expected or paid for. So grateful.
