For those of you panicking that you got scammed (which is exactly what I did after making a purchase & then seeing all these negative reviews in hindsight) I feel inclined to share that my experience was good. I think Patricia's Petals biggest flaw is just that they don't clearly communicate their business model and what to expect, so there ends up being a disconnect (and subsequent mistrust) between them and their consumers (who pick something out from a catalogue or believe them to be local). This is because even though they have a catalogue, they rely on a florist near you to put it together, so, naturally, they're restricted to the options of that local florist, ESPECIALLY for a same day delivery or next day. They can't actually promise what you picked out in the catalogue because they can't know what flower shops near you will have in stock. I can imagine this being a particular issue for large volume orders! Like for funerals, the shop they pick to arrange may have nothing close to what you're looking for. If they could fix their marketing people would likely be much happier. I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my boss whose mom passed away, 90 bucks, the "sweet peace" one from the sympathy category (I tried to add a photo & I'm sorry it ended up as my user photo for this review, no idea how to fix that). Is what she received exactly like the catalogue photo? No: there was no blue bow, it wasn't perfectly sculpted round, the vase was a different shape, and the light blue flowers ended up being a dark navy blue (I actually liked the dark blue better though, they looked more mournful). To be honest? I absolutely loved all the replacements- I liked the final product better than what I had picked out. It was genuinely lovely. My boss got a beautiful arrangement and it was easily 90 dollars in quality. Did it look like the photo in the catalogue I picked out? Again, not really, no. Was it an exceptionally beautiful bouquet of 90 dollar value in the general style I wanted? 100%, 10/10, yes. If this company swapped specific photos for a more vague scenario where maybe you select preferences and there's examples of what might get built, I think it would fix their negative feedback issues. Or even if they shared like - here's what we're going for *catalogue photo* results will vary on your local florist, here are some photos of what our customers have received, or something like that. Either way, not a scam. Areas to improve and things to work on as an online business, absolutely, but scam? No. I do think they're likely an overseas company prioritizing business in the US, but they are STILL driving business to your local florists as a third party.

I ordered flowers online from Patricias Petals for my niece's graduation. They were delivered on time and were beautiful. A coupon was provided that waived the delivery fee. That was great. The only downside was that I was charged a $15.99 service fee. I'm not happy about that.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet. Mostly white with a blue statement. My aunt loves them. I was disappointed when she sent me a pic. A few blue flowers that was nothing like the pic of the ad. I emailed the company, along with a a pic of the bouquet, about my disappointment. The response was quick, they apologized, and a fair credit is forthwith. That to me shows customer service. They delivered on time and the bouquet itself was nicely arranged and fresh. Many companies have little or no customer service. My overall experience was very good considering the issue.

I placed an order through Patricia's Petals, not knowing my husband had already placed an order through another company. I cancelled it immediately. I was a little worried based on reviews, but they emailed me back right away and refunded my money without question. Thank you.

I made a direct phone order instead of purchasing online, back on 10/28/21. I didn’t bother to check the reviews online first, and that’s a mistake on my part. I was very anxious and skeptical after I read what people had to say about PP online. I ordered for my father’s funeral casket sprays to be deliver on 11/11/21, so you can have a clearer idea that I placed my order way ahead of time like stated, back on 10/28/21. I was very afraid that the arrangement wouldn’t arrive on time OR at all since there were so many bad reviews. I spoke with three different reps on the day before the event, voicing my concerns. The first rep was indeed, not going to lie, very unhelpful. Hence why I made two more calls afterwards. The last two reps however were very reassuring. So, I decided to just let go, and trust them that they’ll deliver through. Comes the day of, to my surprise, the arrangement ACTUALLY arrived, AND right on time too before the service. I was very pleased, with that. The arrangement however though didn’t 100% look like the one online I thought I had purchased but it was still pleasing enough. That is the reason for my rating. I do understand that substitution of the flowers are very possible due to the weather/circumstances so I didn’t mind that bit of a change since it wasn’t a huge difference. For those who had a negative experience with PP, I’ll completely sympathize with them. But that wasn’t the case for me. I’m glad I wasn’t scammed. I hope that PP can come through for each and every of the their customers in the future.

Not gonna lie, I was freaked out when I saw all of the bad reviews and the day was getting on with no sign of the flowers. I tried their phone number but the menu system was not working. I then called my bank and closed down my debit card and was prepared to have to fight the charges. Literally a half hour later a lady pulls up with the flowers just as I had ordered. Even a small handwritten card as I requested. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe they have come to the conclusion that it is better to keep promises instead of ticking customers off? Anyway I can’t give them a bad review in this case, but that doesn’t mean that others haven’t been ripped off or whatever. Let the buyer beware as they say.
