SCAM SCAM SCAM I ORDERED A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT FOR A friend’s 60 th birthday. Luckily she sent me a pic of what she received and I was mortified!! She got some cheap vase with tons of greens and 4 wilted roses. Customer service hung up on me!

Do not use this company for flower delivery. They do not deliver on time and customer support is terrible. I spoke with some manager named Kim(in Florida) and she had no clue.

We ordered the premium $109. Free delivery but added $15.99 service fee. Altogether $132.62. Fine it is what we wanted for this man that served his country in the military and his town in different police positions. What we seen at the funeral home was nothing at all like we ordered. Only the red white and blue theme. It was not a standing wreath which is a lot more viewable. I saw very few flowers. Not even half what was pictured. Instead of the big red white and blue ribbon it had many of those little flags which looked cheap. I was not pleased with it. Looked cheap. I can understand some substitution on flowers but it was not like the picture at all. There were no wreath stands? We were disappointed. Advertised as voted #1 in our area, now I can't find a local address and see if you want to file action it has to be in another state. Altogether rip off.

A SCAM, THIS IS NOT A LOCAL OPERATED FLORIST YOU PLACE THE ORDER WITH NOR ARE THE ARRANGMENTS WHAT YOU GET. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER PRODUCT ORDERED OR ON TIME! SCAM, SCAM SCAM. They said next day, after I placed online order, that they would not be able to deliver online. They said I would get refunded in full, waiting on that!! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHEN YOU ASK FOR INFO ON HOW TO CONTACT THE "DESIGNER" MAKING THE ARRAGMENT. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL LOOSE!!!!

Terrible experience with this florist. The website claims to be local - NOT! I upgraded from deluxe (shown, which was beautiful in the photo!) to premium to get a really nice bouquet, or so I thought. The $80 arrangement arrived a day late, was tiny, and was not at all like the photo. Very embarrasing!

This company sent some garbage flowers. They were not what I ordered and then they were old flowers. They were fully bloomed and a dissatisfaction for the birthday gift. When i reached out to them they sent me to respond through the email. Please don't order from them. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered them.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I ordered flowers for the funeral of a family member in Fredericksburg, Texas, on Tuesday for the funeral on Wednesday. The flowers never arrived. They were sent instead to Fredericksburg, Ontario. I placed this order with a sales person on the phone, but when I called today, they tried to tell me it was placed online and that was the problem. They have not called me back to make this right. Do not trust this florist!!

A very disappointing experience. Ordered flowers with promises made that would be able to fill the order and get it delivered on time for the funeral. They did not. When I discovered what happened I found out that they not only did not have the product but didn't bother to call me to offer something they did have but texted a land line! What kind of customer service is this! Will not ever use this florist again.
