I ordered flowers at 9am on Friday for delivery in the afternoon. I was contacted late morning and asked if the flowers could be delivered on Saturday morning. That should have been a red flag something was wrong. Called the recipient on Sunday to see if the flowers were delivered. You guessed it NO. I cancelled the order promptly on Sunday with customer service. Will see how the credit back goes. Looks like a scam operation.

Got a 75 dollar bouquet for a funeral I could have done as well at Publix totally disappointed not even a bow on the vase. For my friend who just passed away of cancer. Will never order from here again

Ordered for a funeral service. Was called an hour before the calling hours to tell me that they couldn't deliver them cause they didn't have the flowers.. blamed their supplier. I was so mad.. I thought it was a local florist in the area. Their payment was pending, I asked them to return my money. They did. Their web page is completely false. Oh how I wish that I read the reviews before I ordered!!!!

I would give them a negative rating if possible I ordered online 9 a.m. Wednesday morning for delivery of flowers for my mother's 90th birthday on Thursday I got a text message saying they needed more information in the number they left me wasn't any good finally got ahold of them much later using a different number they just wanted to verify my name and shipping address on Thursday I got a call at 2 to tell me that they did not have the flowers necessary to make the arrangement and could deliver it on Friday the day after my mother's 90th birthday then they said they could change to a different arrangement which I agree to a half hour later they called me to say they couldn't ship the flowers out because their last delivery truck left for the day already cancel the order entirely had to go elsewhere to order flowers for my mother's 90th birthday

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered flowers for my mother‘s 75th birthday today. I received a call at 2:47 PM after I ordered at 8:30 AM, to inform me they were having “supply issues“. What a scam! I believe they LIED to me this morning when I asked if the woman who took my order was on site.

I am very disappointed in there service. I received 2 calls saying they had questions about my order and the phone number they provided kept ringing and ringing with no answer. When I finally called customer service, they informed me the issue was with the card payment, which I cleared up. 30 minutes later, I receive an email stating "We apologize. Unfortunately, due to an issue with our supplies, we were unable to fulfill your order. We have issued you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days". No body ever said anything about not having the supplies. I better receive my refund, so upsetting.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday…first time we haven’t been with her on her birthday since she was born…. They called me at 4pm on the day of delivery to tell me they weren’t going to be able to honor the order because they were “running low on flowers”. When I suggested they use different flowers, they guys told me “sorry, but we don’t have ANY flowers, so we will be issuing you a refund”. I was SO disappointed…especially since they waited until it was too late for me to order from a different company. And, to top it off, I still haven’t seen the money refunded to my account.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Prepare to get ripped off!! I ordered guaranteed same-day delivery flowers (not cheap) for a dear friend who lost her husband. NOT DELIVERED. Delivery person says they were delivered but he either lied or delivered them to the wrong address. And he said he dropped them off on the front porch! Who does that with fresh flowers in the summer heat?? I called their company back several times, that night and the next day, even demanding to speak to management, and they refused to redeliver the arrangement. I'm so angry I could spit nails! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
