Why are these people still in business? Dawned on me when I saw a $15.99 "service charge" on the bill.
Snotty answer as to what it was for.
Also charged the wrong price.
Called to dispute, then cancel when they wouldnt budge on the "sale price" even though the photo I clicked on led me to believe that was the one I was purchasing. Finally cancelled as someone at the
"florist shop" has covid. There is no shop I'm sure.
Ill be calling Visa and probably the state Attorney General as now they have my credit card #.

NO CONSCIENCE
I ordered flowers for a funeral from Patricia's Petals (quite sure there is no "Patricia"), I ASKED repeatedly, "You can have them done and delivered tomorrow?" Yes, Yes was their reply! I got a call the next day saying they didn't get them done so there would be no flowers! Of course it's too late to order flowers from anywhere else! I could have used some of the other reviews word for word for my review! Their accents were more difficult to understand and they take the order without knowing if they have a florist who can fill the order. They are simply a clearing house is my guess and a somewhat fraudulent one at that! They promised one thing and never delivered. I think they had no idea if they could follow through or not when they took my order. DO NOT USE! I wish I had looked up review before I ordered as they would have told me the whole story! This company has HORRIBLE reviews!

Dishonest and not a real FLORIST
As a a family owned flower shop, PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT FLORIST. They advertise in local areas and come up in google searches for a lot of locations and they are not in those areas. They also present themselves as other Florist by hijacking the local florist names. I have had many clients and people call me after they placed an order with them and think it was us they talked to. We do not take their order and never will. THEY ARE REALLY DAMAGING the Floral Industry and they are not REAL FLORIST.

Pathetic These people do not even deserve a 1…
These people do not even deserve a 1 star. I wish I had read the reviews first. They are scammers! I tried to send flowers to a friend for the passing of her mother and they did not get there for a full week and this was only after I called 50 million times and then they finally got delivered. Oh you get a person for sure but they do not care. They told me for a solid week that they were delivered and put me off. Angry is not the word! They have a local florist MAYBE but of the people I spoke to they barely spoke English. I certainly learned my lesson the hard way!

Highly UNETHICAL
Like everyone else I wish I had looked up reviews for this company first. My brother was out of town on his wife's birthday and he asked me to arrange to have flowers sent to her (as he's not really comfortable with computers). Patricia's Petals came up under a search for LOCAL FLORISTS! Believing that they were local, I sent my brother pictures of arrangements that fit his description of the type of arrangement he wanted to send. I ordered the arrangement and a box of chocolates. The arrangement was delivered on 8/18/21 late in the afternoon. I saw the arrangement the next morning...disappointed does not even begin to cover my feelings...disgusted, enraged are closer. First of all the arrangement my brother chose had pink roses (as his wife's favorite color is pink) they substituted red...without even asking if the substitution was acceptable. The substitution of different color roses pales in comparison to the condition of the flowers and how skimpy the arrangement was compared to the photo of what it was supposed to be. The roses were not only fully open, but, the edges of the petals were dark and wilted. The edges of the petals of the white alstroemeria were brown! These flowers should have been in the trash, NOT used in an arrangement.
She didn't even get the chocolates. When I contacted Patricia's Petals they wanted a picture of the arrangement...I told them I didn't want to make my sister in law feel bad by asking to take a picture...so they wouldn't do anything at all about that. They did say they would "investigate" the non delivery of the chocolates...that was a month ago...still haven't heard from them, even though I have emailed several times since then....I also asked for the name of the local florist that filled my order...no response for that either. I found out today the local florist was The Flower Shop on Magnolia Ave. in Riverside, CA. Apparently, using their old, wilted flowers in arrangements is common for them for orders of this type....I'm sure they think the recipient will be too polite to say anything...and they're right, they don't expect the person that placed the order to actually see the garbage they send. Floral arrangements are ridiculously expensive to begin with (0h yeah, forgot to mention the added fees that Patricia's Petals doesn't tell you about) and people usually order flowers for a special occasion...it's bad enough to rip off the person buying the flowers ...but, getting a skimpy, old, wilted arrangement as a gift isn't fair to the recipient either.

Bad in every way possible
Patricia's Petals is at best operating under misleading advertising and at worse, committing interstate wire fraud. The corporate headquarters is located in Las Vegas NV and is owned by Anthony Picco. For more info regarding these slime balls, take a look at the Las Vegas BBB website and query Patricia's Petals. They have scathing reviews there as well, earning and deserving 1/5 stars. There you can find they do business as Terry's Florist in south FL and their public relations folks are in Ft. Lauderdale FL.
There online website appears at the top of the list on google as a local florist, no matter where you are located. They also claim to have decades of existence, while the BBB website states Anthony Picco as President has 0ne (1) year of existence. This is so wrong on so many levels. They prey upon people grieving a loss or people wanting the mark a special event.
Our experience with Patricia's Petals is similar to others here and elsewhere. Our flower order wasn't delivered as promised, even after we agreed to a substitution. So, we had to use a REAL LOCAL florist to fulfill our wishes to honor a COVID victim.
Please do everyone a favor and leave a note at the Las Vegas BBB website regarding your complaint and file a complaint at the FTC website (it's pretty easy to have the info you need once you access the Las Vegas BBB site). Anthony Picco should pay for his dishonest business practices and that may happen if we all take the time and effort to garner the attention of local and federal agencies.
I wish you all the best that have felt the sting of these hucksters. Peace, Henry
edit: Their Las Vegas "headquarters" is a drop box located in a strip mall on the bad side of the tracks. Google street view shows the ugly truth.

Don’t waste your money
Like other reviewers, I wish I had read reviews before placing an order. Spent $125 for a funeral arrangement (was told there was free delivery, but didn’t mention the $15 service charge). Sooo disappointed. Of course what was delivered looked NOTHING like what we ordered. Maybe a dozen flowers. I could have bought 10 bouquets from my local grocery store and put together a nicer spray.

I wish I had read these reviews first
I wish I had read these reviews first! I have disputed charges. One day delivery turned into 5 and to the wrong place with no notice. Buyer beware! And to the one good review.. yes you got lucky!
