Terrible experience
Terrible experience with phone operator not understanding english. Then placed order and then they cancelled it. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. TERRIBLE

Pitiful Planter
We ordered a $100 planter online for my aunt's funeral. When it arrived, it was the most pitiful planter I had ever seen in my life. It was very embarrassing when it arrived at the funeral home. I would never order anything from this company. It's bad enough that you are grieving, but to receive service like this too is just over the top.

IF I COULD MINUS A STAR I WOULD, THEY ARE BAD
I ordered flowers on Friday for my son's funeral on Monday. They called on Monday morning to see if they could substitute a few things. I told them that was not a problem. The funeral was from 2 - 4:30. The flowers were not delivered. When I called them after the funeral they had the nerve to ask me if I checked the flower room. I explained I had everyone look for them. The answer I got was they will get back to me.

THEY ARE PULLING ORDERS OFF OF LEGITIMATE FLORISTS WHO DO NOT EVEN REALIZE WHAT THEY ARE DOING UNTIL NOW. DO NOT USE, DO NOT USE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PITIFUL, FLOWERS NOT GETTING THERE FOR FUNERALS, BIRTHDAYS, ETC.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!! 6 HOURS AFTER I PLACED ORDER, I WAS CALLED BACK SAYING THEY CAN'T DELIVER. I ASKED IF THEY COULD DELIVER ANYTHING, SHE SAID "NO" CHICKENS CLUCKING IN BACKGROUND. NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM BUSINESS 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I COUDN'T LEAVE 0

Scam artists, stay away
Scam artists. Ordered flowers for a birthday delivery. 2 days after the delivery date, no flowers. Called and they said they had a flower shortage. They never contacted me or refunded me.
