Says on the website that it is a local company but I really don't think it is. I found the website and decided to order from them because it says they are family owned. Ordered for next day delivery and the next day they called me and said because of supply chain they couldn't deliver until the next day. It was a foreign person who called from an 800 number. I asked if they could just send a different arrangement with different flowers and he said possibly. He called back a couple of minutes later and said they also have a lot of funerals and couldn't deliver until a later date. They offer same day delivery on their website and yet can't deliver until several days later. Stay away from this florist. I asked for a refund and hopefully I will receive my money.

Should be an option to select "0" for stars. Wished I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering. Contacted Patricia's Petals on Friday. I had them confirm they had inventory for delivery the next day. All was good. Order was not delivered and no message! Don't waste your time. Hope they process they refund. Think this is a fraud.

Ordered florals which were never delivered. Credit card charged immediately. Called for a refund and put on hold 4 times. Told that that only a monitor could refund. Of course monitor not available. Scam company. Beware

Very dissatisfied. Did not get what I ordered. Patricias Petals did nothing to remedy the situation. The item received was clearly a vase - the item purchased was clearly a basket.

DO NOT ORDER! Worst floral company ever. I ordered a spray to be delivered to funeral before 3 pm day of visitation. Ordered online because I live out of town.When I called to check status of delivery by 11:30 my arrangement wasn’t even on the truck that was out delivering and they couldn’t give me and estimated time of delivery wasn’t even sure if it would be that day because driver would have to come back to pick my Floral spray up. After a 30 minute conversation and being asked to pay extra for another driver to deliver my arrangement, it was finally delivered to funeral home well when we arrived at the funeral home what they delivered looked nothing like what was ordered I ordered a Spray, I received a vase of flowers for a funeral. I wish I was able to post a pic of what I ordered versus what I received. They will ruin you loved ones final exit ceremony.

After searching on line for a local Malvern florist to order a sympathy arrangement for my sister-in-law's funeral, I ordered from Patricia's Petals. I found the arrangement I wanted on line but ordered by phone since I wanted to add a ribbon with the word BROTHER. I paid an extra ten dollars for the premium flowers. It was a lovely floor basket and seemed very appropriate. I wanted it delivered before 10am at St.Patrick's church. When we got to the church a little after ten there were no flowers from us. About half hour later my niece said they had just delivered some flowers on the table by the door. I was appalled and totally embarrassed. It was a medium sized glass vase with flowers and a white piece of paper with brother stamped on it. A ridiculous pink bow that I think they got at a dollar store was slapped on it. I could have purchased those flowers at a grocery store for $20. I wanted to take those flowers and hide them in my car, but people had already seen them. At the gravesite the flowers were laying on the ground and I took the brother tag and bow for evidence, because no one would believe how cheesy it was. I do not have a smart phone so I didn't get a picture. When I pulled the bow off there was a different Florist's name and address.I called Patricia's Petals and a woman took my complaint and said they would get back to me. After reading these other reviews I seriously doubt that. Signed, Mortified and a little wiser. If I can't order in person, no one will be getting flowers from me. ,

I ordered flowers, a teddy bear and balloon for $114.40. All the recipient got was flowers. On hold with customer service for 20 minutes to get it resolved. Then I was hung up on. This place is awful. Not what it appears to be on line.

If I could give 5 star minus I would ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral in 10-21-21 and we’re never delivered. I am beyond devastated and pissed. What a dishonest company.
