I really wish also I would have read these reviews. I asked for specific flowers and 10 minutes later got a call they were out of these flowers. I told them to cancel my order. They called right back said the shipment just came in. I'm sure they did not because the flowers weren't delivered that day. I called back the next day wanted to know what is wrong. So then said they would be delivered. I kept trying to tell them what I wanted but felt like no one was listening. So finally they were delivered. I was so disappointed in that skimpy vase of flowers for 70 dollars. 20 was warehouse maintenance. Running a special of 40 percent off and free delivery. They take advantage of out of town people. If I lived in the same town I could have went to Publix and picked a beautiful arrangement for much less. The arrangement they sent was nothing that I tried to ask these people for. Normally I do read reviews. And I don't usually write reviews but this time I hope I save some one from making my mistake using this company.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. We ordered the "premium" based on a beautiful picture on their website. The flowers that arrived were absolutely nothing like the website picture and were a very pitiful substitution. Beware of this florist. They are extremely dishonest. Update: When the florist received my complaint they refunded my entire purchase price which was more than a fair correction. I am still not impressed with the flowers, but I am very impressed with the customer service.

The arrangement was not what I ordered and when my sister rec'd it it was from a discount place in a totally city!! I definitely would not recommend EVER!!

Total ripoff company they just lie. I ordered flowers to be sent. Asked to deliver by a certain time same day as stated on THEIR website. After multiple attempts asking about the status of the flowers. All I got was the runaround. I finally was able to contact the person it was meant for and they said they did not get the flowers. These people ruined a surprise. Well this was somewhat resolved. I had to email them twice. They said the flowers were delivered on Friday. I told them my girlfriend did not receive them. Well they said they escalated the process. Well she got them today Sunday. I can say thank you. Yet I told them there service was not reliable. I will mot use them again. The flowers were $80.

Terrible service. I ordered balloon with flowers and paid for the deluxe version. The flowers were low end mums with a single lily - nothing like the photo. I paid for a happy birthday balloon. First they said it was delivered I sent the security photos showing the entire delivery and they have not issued an apology or a refund These people are a dispatcher - they do not make arrangements or deliver flowers. 1800 Flowers is more reliable, honest and provide better quality flowers. I was charged $15.99 service fee. Nor recommended

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Completely un-supportive of the military. They were given specific instructions four times over the phone and STILL could not follow them. I used them for a special occasion since I could not be home for it, due to military training, and they dropped the ball on that day. Then decided to completely ghost me!

My wife ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital yesterday. We were promised delivery that day. We called today to see if they had been delivered and were informed that they were out of product and notified us. No notification on our end either by phone, text or email. They like to present themselves as a home town florist. I doubt they are. Be careful.
