Horrible customer service. I did an online order at 7:15 am for same day delivery. They didn’t have flowers so canceled order but did not call me. I got text mid day and I called them. After 15 minutes on hold, they hung up on me. I called again - after 40 minutes of talking to someone / mostly on hold, I thought we had a new order they could fill, I was told they could not deliver same day anymore even though it was before 2 pm. No birthday flowers being delivered. Finally used another company but flowers will be late.

They had two days to deliver flowers to a school for my wife’s birthday they did not deliver them they said supervisor will call never did they also said there policy will not give money back for three to seven business days please Don’t use this company they are a fraud and no address for them found yet how can Watkinsville ga let this continue to happen

This scam of a business is nothing more , don’t trust them they will attempt to ask for your credit cars details over the phone to confirm the order. Then once you don’t comply they say the supplier hasn’t delivered….STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughters birthday, I ordered them on the 8th for the 9th guess what still no flowers I called and apparently they couldn't get in contact with driver and i still did not get any answers are you serious that is bad business how the hell you cannot contact your drivers I would not recommend Patricia's petals to anybody.i am so upset over this I give 2 thumbs down that is not how you conduct business.

I have placed an order and the agent took all my details by phone : credit card digits and even the postal address for sending the invoice. I am now afraid because my order has not been registered and a person received my personal details. I had to contact another flower shop to deliver the flowers urgently. Be careful.

I ordered funeral flowers yesterday. I THOUGHT I was purchasing from a local florist directly. The Yahoo search I ran for my local flower shop came up with what genuinely appeared to be that shop's website. I completed the transaction then realized I had been bamboozled when the email receipt came from Patricia's Petals instead of my local trusted florist. Thankfully I was able to cancel the bogus order and go to the REAL site for my florist. I then stopped in at that florist to get Caring Rose Week flowers and told them about it. They're aware. This company spoofs their way into looking like a local business. Then they oversell and underprice their orders. They then actually DO send the orders to the local shops, but what they're promising is far more costly than what they sold to the customer. This is why their orders are often not completed. They sell a $100 bouquet and expect the local florist to deliver a $150 bouquet for under half of what they collected. They're an "order collector" and after they take their cut on the underpriced order they can make the local genuine florist look bad when they can't deliver the world for a song.

Never delivered had a heck of a time getting credit, terrible customer service

If it is possible I would give this a "zero" star. On November 1st we ordered flowers for the casket for my father's funeral only to have a vase of 18 roses delivered. After spending a few hours on the phone, they claimed we never ordered anything for the casket. I can assure you we did order for the casket--it was the only reason we contacted them. They gave no apology for their mistake, nor did they offer to refund our money. They charged us $150.81 for 18 roses. They have poor customer service and attention to details. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
