What a horrible company ......wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a friend for her birthday...upgraded to the $89.99 arrangement. The bouquet that arrived was terrible...and not the flowers I had ordered. Their customer service person sent me their 'substitution policy' and were not willing to refund my money or send a replacement arrangement. My friend received an ugly arrangement that could have been purchased at a gas station!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Complete scammers is right and I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I paid $80 for 2 roses and 2 carnations. The delivery did not even come close to the pic. I am calling my credit card company to dispute. These people should obviously be closed down.

SHOP ELSEWHERE! Website says they are local. THEY ARE NOT! I ordered flowers for my daughter 4 days before I needed them delivered and received a text the day they were to be delivered saying there was a supply chain issue and the order could not be filled. The refund will take 3 to 5 business days.

Everyone should look at this link. Wish I had! Absolute scammers! Ordered three bouquets for my admins for admins day - rang ‘customer service’ for status - the guy had no idea where the orders were and could not tell me when they would be delivered. I shall be contacting my bank to stop the payments.

My boss paid $90+ for a "premium" bouquet for administrative assistances day, online “supposedly” from a local Patricia’s Petals in Red Bank New Jersey…three minutes from my home. What I got instead was a $59 white sympathy bouquet; which was delivered from a florist in another state (Pennsylvania!) who is not even remotely close to my house. From what info I can gather online (the complaints are numerous!!), Patricias Petals has websites stating they are local in many areas across the country… What they do is gather the online orders and distribute them to other unsuspecting florists, Evidently skimming a few bucks off the top for themselves. I have tried and could not find a physical location for the supposed Patricia Petals in Red Bank. I have emailed them and gotten a response from someone named Angel, but no Resolution or answers to my questions. SInce this original post I have received another response, stating they have sent it "higher up" for review. Received another response, they credited my bosses charge for $17.49. So I have upgraded them to a two. I still say go to a direct florist to order flowers and avoid the service charge

I recently ordered 2 dozen long stem red roses for my niece in a hospice facility in Bonita Springs, FL. They were received in a vase of 16 regular red roses shorting the order of 8 nor were they long stemmed. I had the staff take a photo of the delivery to send to the company. I asked for a credit of the 8 roses plus tax. They had charged me $129.99 for the 24 long stemmed roses. They also charged me for a service fee of $15.99 and tax of $9.10. They offered me a credit of $25. I asked them for a refund of $45. They ignored my request. Please do not use this florist! Total fraud! I will report them to the BBB!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wanted to find a local florist and googled "florists near me" and included the town name. "Patricia's Petals" came to the top of my search and I called to place an order for 2 floral arrangements to be delivered to the same company address for Executive Assistants Day. Only one arrangement was delivered and when I called to resolve what I thought was a simple innocent mistake turned into multiple calls and a major fiasco. There is still no resolution to the mess up. My credit card is pending a charge for 2 arrangements plus delivery and service fees and we only received half of the order. It is obvious from my interactions with the individuals who answer the phone line for this business that the calls are not being answered within the U.S. and that the individuals have no intentions of resolving the issue. I asked them to deliver the 2nd arrangement or to refund me half of the total order amount so that I could have the other arrangement delivered by a different company. Instead they've done absolutely nothing and do not follow-up to tell me what they are intending to do. At this point I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Buyers Beware - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a sympathy bouquet. Mostly white with a blue statement. My aunt loves them. I was disappointed when she sent me a pic. A few blue flowers that was nothing like the pic of the ad. I emailed the company, along with a a pic of the bouquet, about my disappointment. The response was quick, they apologized, and a fair credit is forthwith. That to me shows customer service. They delivered on time and the bouquet itself was nicely arranged and fresh. Many companies have little or no customer service. My overall experience was very good considering the issue.
