Take the advice of others. Avoid this florist. They had an offshore call center call and cancel my order after they took the order online. They said outside the delivery range for them. The address was less than 10 miles from the center of Muncy. No where on their website do they say they only delivery 5 miles or less or whatever their radius is located. The address is in the MUNCY hills so not the other side of the moon. If you're not going to be able to meet the commitments then spell the limitations out right up front. Their are other choices in the surrounding area.

Expensive! Did not deliver on the same day as requested and paid for. Attempted good customer service by contacting me about not having the correct flowers and vase as advertised on their website but in the end failed. mediocre arrangement

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days in advance. The day before the delivery, I get a text, not even a phone call...a text...telling me my order has been canceled due to volumes from Mother's day and I will get a refund (which I better get). In all my years of ordering flowers this is the first time a florist canceled because they cannot manage their orders/volumes. I should have read all of these reviews before I ordered - seems to be a regular occurrence with them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!! I ordered to have same day delivery. I received an email 2 days later saying they couldn't fulfill the order. So all along I thought the flowers had been delivered. Plus, I have not received the refund I was told would take a few days. What a huge disappointment! I wish I would have seen the reviews of this place before ordering.

Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Website says same day delivery but we ordered on Wed with specific instructions that flowers MUST be there by Friday. Imagine my surprise with call at 4:00 pm on Friday saying they wouldn't be able to make deadline - supply chain issues. We would have been fine with substitution had they asked. Unprofessional.

Please do not use this on-line florist-they are horrible. First you don't know what florist will actually be sending your flowers. I oredered the Deluxe Heaven Sent floor basket for my cousins funeral. I picked it because it was in her favorite colors -lavender and pink. I set the delivery date for Sat. - the day before the service. I was called on Thurs. and asked if they could deliver it late Friday evening. I agreed, felt a few hours wouldn't make a difference. When I arrived to the funeral home on Sun. I was shocked at the arrangement. It was not the one I chose, it was one called Beautiful Horizon's and it was the standard size, not the deluxe. It was missing a lot of the flowers shown in the picture and there were many drooping, limp flowers. They had many days to get the flowers for my arrangement, so I don't understand why they had to substitute. And if you are going to substitue, you should contact the buyer and at least send the complete substitution. I don't know where the headquarters for this place is, there isn't an address listed anywhere. I believe they are scammers. Stay away from them.

Worst experience ever. I was notified via text TWO HOURS before my sister-in-law's wake that the flower arrangement I had ordered days before would not be delivered to the funeral home due to "supply chain issues". Interesting to see that no other florists seemed to have a problem as there were MANY large and lovely arrangements from other florists. I strongly recommend that you STAY FAR AWAY from Patricia's Petals.

I placed my order, paid in full and they weren't what I ordered. The expensive balloons were left out and they said that they put in extra flowers to compensate for the balloons. Not what I wanted. Then they weren't delivered when they were supposed to be. Our new mom was ready to go home on the day they were finally delivered. I'm VERY unhappy with this company!!!
