I ordered a get well beautiful BOUQUET of flowers for a friend off of Patricia's Petals website. I was so embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received. There was no arrange of any kind of flowers. They were just plopped into a vase that didn't even look like the one that I ordered. When I called, they said they use what in season. Offered me $15.00 refund, by the way, two weeks later I still haven't seen the refund. I don't even want the $15.00 I think they should have sent her a new arrangement. I wish I could Up load pictures so that you can see I was not exaggerating. WARNING: Don't order from here!!

They were unwilling to make an effort to fulfill the flower arrangement as pictured. The use of "leftover" Easter Flowers, was unacceptable and living in a large city such as Denver where there is a floral warehouse, I could not accept their excuse that they couldn't get the flowers to their shop. Azaleas, violets and caladiums are available now and to offer me lillies and Kallanchoes and tell me those were my ONLY choices for 80.00 worth of flowers.. NO WAY. They did refund my money and I found another local florist who had azaleas and made me a lovely arrangement.

Ordered flowers expecting same day delivery, received a call (from an out of state person, even though I was under the impression they were local to where they were delivering) that there were supply issues and they wouldn't be able to deliver to the following morning. Next afternoon, I get another call saying they weren't delivered but they would be the following day. I called back to request they cancel the order and issue a refund...I was put on hold and they never picked back up. Horrible.

I would not give any stars and wish I read the reviews before ordering. The bouquet was messy and very disappointing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! The bouquet was for a special family milestone and it looked like CRAP. I give them credit for answering my email and offering a small refund promptly but IT DOESN'T MAKE UP FOR THE EMBARRASSMENT OF THIS BOUQUET BEING DELIVERED TO LOVED ONES! Received another response....and they are pathetic liars. All I can say is DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Take the time to pick up the phone and call a florist you know is local to the area.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A CLEARINGHOUSE!!! NOT A LOCAL FLORIST! They are NOT local, despite claiming to be on their website and also when I spoke to the man on the phone. He said they were in Kearny NJ. Supremely disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund, but strangely they will not return my calls, nor respond to my emails. I specifically DO NOT use 1-800 Flowers, nor do I order flowers online, for this very reason. Calling a local florist has always been my go-to, but you guys DROP THE BALL! COMPLETELY! This bouquet was for my father-in-laws funeral and I wanted it to be beautiful. You guys made it look like it was for a birthday party or a "get well" hospital bouquet!! I even ordered the PREMIUM upgrade for this arrangement, which clearly I didn't get, and it still SUCKS!! This is what I received versus what I ordered. Unbelieveable. (I wish I could add photos, but I will do that on Google Reviews.)

This company is NOT FUNCTIONAL. I did not read the reviews beforehand. I ordered Flowers that never arrived. After 3 days I tried to contact Patricia's Petals and waited on the phone after I was put on hold but they never got back to me. They billed me $109. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FLOWER SHOP!

I ordered for Friday Delivery. My online order was entered at 8;30 AM. The website states if order is entered before 2 PM, it will be be same day delivery... I called and called at least 6 times.... they gave same answer ... we don't know until Driver is Back and enters info in the system. This is year 2022... So Primitime! Updates shoud be dynamic... No One updates me ... I made final call at 8 PM... No one answered the phone... this morning, I called and got disconnected 3 times... finally, they told me it was delivered at 2:30 PM...Yet, I still don't have any email to confirm the Delivery...

STILL SCAMMING UNFORTUNATELY I ordered flowers, they called to say delivery person was sick and had to go home. They portrayed they are located in Corning New York when I ordered them a hometown shop right there in Corning. All untrue of course. Todays communications as follows copied and pasted from their email. I am just speaking with Xynan, She is stating she cannot fill this order, as she has supply issue, she wants to provide designer choice, and is unable to tell me what flowers will be used. This seems totally unacceptable to me. I need to be contacted by the owner of this company, to resolve this issue. Then I sent them the complaints from this scam reports, and disputed with my Credit Card Company. Then got this email We would like to inform you that this order has been canceled. We have issued you a full refund for this order which you should expect to see posted back onto your bank statement in 3-5 business days. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe! Kind Regards Jezz, Patricia's Petals. In closing these people need to be shut down and put out of this Business, of cheating consumers. Attorney General call and file a complaint in Binghamton New York. 607 251 2770 and with the better business bureau in Amhurst New York. It is suggested we all call Federal Trade Commission at 877 382 4357, and report this Company as well..
