DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I placed an order on the Tuesday before mothers day, I was called on Thursday to see if they could be delivered on Friday due to so many orders. Well the flowers were never delivered and when I called on Monday I was told my order had been cancelled due to lack of inventory. No phone call to let me know , no remorse, no nothing!

I ordered a floral arrangement the Wednesday before Mother's Day over the phone. As I was placing my order with a woman, a dog could be heard barking in the background. (The website identified Patricia's Petals as a local, family-owned business, so I dismissed that as someone bringing their dog to work.) I agreed to "Flex Delivery"; delivery sometime between Friday and Mother's Day as they "had so many orders". On Friday, I received a text saying they were not going to be able to deliver until Tuesday or Wednesday after Mother's Day. I canceled by calling their customer service line, which was obviously a call center. The gentleman I spoke with had a different name than the man who sent me the text. I asked for email confirmation of the credit issued to my credit card. I did eventually receive email confirmation, but only after I emailed their customer service requesting it again. The email response came from a fourth individual. This is obviously not a local, family-owned business. Each interaction had a different phone number. I wish I had read the reviews as it seems many others have had the same experience. The only positive thing I can say is that my credit card was not charged.

This must be a scam florist. I ordered a specific floral arrangement. Whoever took the order even suggested adding a small butterfly. Order was totaled and my credit card info taken. I received a call that the white flowers weren't available; no butterflies available and the white basket with a blue ribbon was not sent. Some glass container in it's place. Never rely on them,

Ordered Mother's Day Flowers earlier this week. They texted me today, Friday, at 4PM their time, to cancel the order. I tried every other florist in a 25 mile area and it is too late to get flowers delivered for Mother's Day. And as someone else mentioned, the additional $15.99 "processing fee" is ridiculous and you don't see that until the very end. Do not order from them!

My experience with this patricia petals wasn't as bad. I ordered a bouquet for my mother and it was delivered 4 hours after the order was placed. Their agent was nice.

This florist markets themselves as a 'local florist' but are in actuality a clearing house that sends the order to an actual local florist. The cost of the arrangement was exorbitant for the actual type of flowers that were included in the arrangement, which looked nothing like the picture posted on the website. They advertise 'free delivery' but charge a $15.99 'processing fee'. I would NEVER order from this company again.
