Ordered a bouquet that didn’t even closely look like what I ordered! Gave them photos and they’re giving me $10 back from a $85 price to have delivered. I understand substitutions but the WHOLE bouquet? Not even the ribbon matched. That’s false advertising! So tired of florist ripping people off using the substitution line. This place should stop portraying floral bouquets they are not capable of delivering. Uploaded the horrible bouquet but needed to upload the advertised bouquet so you can see that it doesn’t even resemble the advertised bouquet. Plus what an awful surprise for the recipient I got it for, who just learned she has lung cancer.

Funeral home never received the flowers the guy I talked with said driver said delivered I’m calling the state of NC and SC attorney General and BBB He wanted to argue that the funeral said they don’t keep records I said they don’t but they KNOW this family and nothing was delivered to them Buyer Beware

I went online to find an appropriate arrangement for the funeral of a young teenager. I saw the arrangement with the red butterfly and it had a blue and red ribbon. There was a special theme to celebrate this boys life. I specifically asked if the red butterfly was part of the arrangement and was assured by the person on the phone that it was. I asked for the blue ribbon to not be used but to make sure the red on was on it. It arrived ALL COMPLETELY WHITE. I was very upset but there wasn't much I could do at the moment with this grieving family. I called the next day and was told that I had to have a pic. I called funeral home but was told they had already been delivered to family. I was told the only way I could be reimbursed for any of my order was to have a pic. Really!?!? I didn't feel it would have been very appropriate to ask this mother to please send me a pic of the flower. Why would someone make up something like that. Really save your money and go somewhere else. If they can't even make the arrangement that is pictured on the website I don't think I would have much confidence in anything they can do.

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Bellaire Michigan. This was the 1st florist that popped up, and it said it was family owned and operated so I assumed they were local. Then, I got a phone call from Provo Utah (really?!) stating that they would not be able to deliver my flowers due to the fact that their delivery driver had been in an accident. Totally understandable however, funerals must go on and I would think that someone in that shop could deliver flowers. I asked repeatedly are you in Patricia's Petal's flower shop...like are you actually in the store front? She said, yes I am. I heard a dog barking in the background...I said, I don't believe you and asked if I could speak to someone in charge and it took them a while but I finally got to speak with someone. I asked if someone could just come get the arrangement from the store. Oh, that's not allowed. Needless to say I requested a refund. Not sure if I will receive it but I requested it.

This is for Patricia's petals in Macon, GA. I ordered flowers for a dear friend in the hospital there. I like to support local businesses when possible. I must say, they were very fast! The flowers were delivered in about 3 hours. However, they looked like they'd been thrown together and resembled nothing like the picture on their site. Cheaper flowers are included and some that I specifically ordered this bouquet for were omitted. Online it shows a beautifully rounded arrangement in a red vase. These are clumped together looking like I'd done it myself, (I have no ability in flower arranging) and not in the pretty red vase shown. I'm disappointed and wish I could include pictures here.

I am appalled at the lack of integrity of this company! Their flower arrangements looked beautiful online. They boasted of same day service. I like to order local when I can to help boost local economy. I ordered a large spray for my boyfriend's mother's funeral, since I was unable to attend in person. They assured me that they would have it there in time, even though it was a morning service at ten a.m. I wake up to texts from them this morning saying that, oops, they didn't make it on time and where would I like the flowers delivered instead. I told them to cancel the order! My bf has a large family, and I wanted the flowers AT THE SERVICE!! After that they are useless. I am in tears and so angry about this. Had they told me when I confirmed with them the day before that they would not deliver on time, I would have cancelled and reordered immediately somewhere else. I am BEYOND pissed! I'm writing to the State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, The Department of Justice of NH, everyone I can think of to let folks know to never order from these people. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. This company is absolutely despicable!!

So I ordered with this company not knowing how bad the reviews were. The flowers were beautiful that were received. I have no complaints. Thank you for making this persons day special.

I am so happy that I did not read the reviews before ordering from this company, I was told by the person who they were addressed to says they are absolutely gorgeous. Yes I did follow up with the my co worker who the flowers were sent to in honor of her family member who passed away. She seemed shocked that this place would have received not such nice reviews.
