I wish I had looked online prior to placing this $100 floral arrangement. It was not delivered on the day I selected. So not cool. They don't have tracking and claim they can't get in touch with the driver.

First time using this company and terrible delivery experience, resulting in the flowers being delivered a day late. First reason was they needed a gate code (there is no gate at the property where it was being delivered). Second reason they called recipient and didn't answer so he left a voicemail to call back (recipient had no missed calls or voicemail and she called back to redeliver, left a voicemail, and no one responded). Then recipient told me another florist called her to deliver and I told her that isn't who I ordered from so I called Patricia's Petals and asked if they are partnering with another florist to get it delivered and they said, "no, we are local". A day later, the other local florist DID deliver it, it was the exact card I wrote, and the arrangement matched the picture I ordered from the website. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend Patricia's Petals, but I WILL recommend and place future orders with Awesome Blossom florist because they saved the day with a stunning arrangement (even though it was a day late). PS Patricia's Petals made numerous attempts with communication when not delivering, as I got texts, emails, and voicemails, from at least 6 different people within 24 hours! Very strange that so many people are communicating about not delivering, however, none of them solved the problem.

Where exactly is this place? It was listed in Bangor, PA, where I wanted the flowers delivered, but I suspect it’s somewhere completely different. WhenI called, twice, to find out where my arrangement was, I suspect I was calling outside the country. Both people spoke with thick accents and a rooster was crowing in the background of the second call. As for the flowers, they are all the same color, dull red, an arrangement worth maybe $25, not the $100 I spent. The website looks great, but is completely misleading. These are not florists. I should have just done it myself.

I wish I could rate my experience with no stars. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for my friend's birthday. I was charged nearly $60 which was reasonable, but what was delivered was nothing close to what was pictured on the website. I understand some flowers are not always available but there were only 6, REALLY 6, flowers delivered rather than at least 15-20 shown in the arrangement I ordered. And THEY WERE NOT EVEN IN A VASE, instead they were wrapped in cellophane. This is the exact wording from their policy "If a floral container or vase is not available a similar container will be substituted." I do not consider cellophane to be a similar container. When my friend sent me a picture to thank me for what she had received I was honestly embarrassed. It looked like something I could have picked up at any convenience store for $10. I sent Patricia's Petals a picture of what she had received and they said they would refund me $15, but could not send another bouquet. I told them I was not looking for a refund but wanted my friend to receive at least a similar arrangement and at the very least flowers in a vase. I was told that it was the manager's discretion to decide what would be done to rectify my complaint and that the $15 refund was all I would receive, case closed. Needless to say I will never do business with this company again!

The flowers arrived almost an hour after the visitation started. They did not have what was listed on the website and had explained to me that they would need to create a "designer's choice" piece which looked like a generic bouquet you could pick up at walmart.

Ordered a special heart arrangement for our granddaughters wake. It was not even close to what I wanted and paid almost 200.00 for it. Emailed the company and was told I will get 34.00 back. The flowers they delivered looked like thy cost 20.00 if that.Go to a real flower shop that is legit.Worst experience of my life.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are terrible. I ordered an expensive arrangement to be delivered on a specific day. They sent an email to say it was delivered. IT WAS A LIE!!! The recipient did not receive the flowers. I called and asked for a refund. The person will now be out of the office. They delivered the flowers anyway - what a waste!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Update 07,31,2022. Patricias PetaLS REFUNDED OUR MONEY. THAT IS A GOOD THING, BUT WHAT A HASSLE Straight up thieves. We made an order, then canceled it 10 minutes later. They said they would not run the card through, then put us on hold and literally charged the card and then got back on the line. They promised to cancel it but didn't. We called our bank and they said they couldn't do anything as long as the charge was pending. Well, it has now cleared. These people are straight up scam artists. Top level dirt bags. All they ever had to do was the right thing, smh. Zero integrity. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS, WAY TO RUIN A FUNERAL, JERKS!
