Worst service ever. They charged us , never delivered the flowers, and then added a recurring charge to our bank account. This is a scam... If I could go lower than 1 star I would give them a negative 100...

I ordered flowers online from Patricias Petals for my niece's graduation. They were delivered on time and were beautiful. A coupon was provided that waived the delivery fee. That was great. The only downside was that I was charged a $15.99 service fee. I'm not happy about that.

I ordered Roses with tiny white flowers in between set in a white pitcher. The Website pic was so beautiful. What was delivered was some Roses with a bunch of greens to hold them up and it looked, best way to describe it was, straggly. When I told Patricias Petals about it all they said was they were allowed to change it because it was in their policy. I will never order again and would not recommend this Company !

I paid $80 for a deluxe flower arrangement and got a small bouquet not what i ordered and was not pleased when I showed up at the Funeral. I felt cheap and was robbed of $80. Never again!

I ordered from here b/c they were "local" but they were not. The flowers arrived promptly but I have not seen them so I really don't know what I got but I got FREE delivery! Sweet! But was charged $15.99 handling fee! Isn't that covered in the cost of the arrangement? Lesson learned, I will always order from MY local florist and let them make the arrangements on delivery. I've read (after the fact) that they are in PA, but I ordered from Waterford, NJ. I don't think so....One and Done.

Horrible service, they pretend to be local and when you're ordering from out of state you don't know. The flowers were never delivered, they say the driver showed them delivered. My friend NEVER got them. Awful company.

Don't order from here. I paid $80 for a "deluxe" flower arrangement, and the one that was received was vastly different. Their response was that they substitute for "equal or greater value" which was not the case. I guess I should have checked their reviews first because they are not good.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday for a funeral Thursday. On the website it states if ordered by 2pm flowers would be delivered same day. This morning I received a text stating flowers would not be delivered til Thursday. I wanted the family to enjoy the flowers before the day of the funeral. I called and canceled my order and I emailed stating I had canceled the order and I better not be charged or I'll dispute it. If I had known I would not of ordered anything from this company and never will again!!!! Poor customer service all the way around!
