patriciaspetals.comReviews of patriciaspetals.com

I cannot recommend Patricia's Petals in Waltersboro SC. The website was amazingly easy to use but they delivered to the wrong address and had the wrong phone number. They did rectify the situation by redelivering on Sunday (which I did appreciate). The arrangement itself was beautiful but I will not be using them again as a florist. Too much hassle and unnecessary worry.

This was an embarrassing experience. Paid well over $100 for a funeral bouquet in which the lilies hadn't opened, and the other flowers were brown on the edges. I thought this was a company based in Quincy, IL where the funeral was. I was obviously wrong. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!

Ordered online so we could see a picture example of the arrangement we ordered. It was for family member funeral we attended. The floweres were delivered on time, sourced to local florist, and absolutely beautiful and fresh! Very pleased with this company.

I ordered an arrangement yesterday for my daughter’s mother in law, her father just passed. I picked beautiful flowers and when I got a picture today of the delivery, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I called and they were very rude and said they would only communicate through email. I sent pictures and they offered $24! I spent $100! They sent some wording from somewhere on their website that said they can make similar substitutions. It wasn’t even close!!!! I looked up flower shops local to this woman as I am in another state and it said they were in Millington but they are not. I will never use this scam company again!

Warning!!! Do not use Patriciaspetals.com. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY HAVE THE "LOWEST" RATING!!!! I wish I have read the reviews earlier before I made my purchase from them. THEY ARE A SCAM. Flowers Arrangement Ordered and Paid for was NOT what was delivered. Flowers and vase delivered were cheap and inexpensive compared to the premium package I paid for. Also, I ordered a large box of chocolate, they delivered a small box. Additionally, I ordered a day ahead, but my order was delivered the next day at 9:05 PM. UNRELIABLE SERVICES. TOTAL SCAM.

DO NOT USE! I ordered funeral flowers on a Thursday for delivery Saturday (funeral Sunday). They called me Thursday afternoon to ask if they could substitute flowers due to supply/delivery issues. I said ok. Then, they called me Monday to inform ask if they could now deliver to a house, still due to supply issues. WHAT?! So flowers never made it to the funeral.

Very simple, what happened to all of these people on here talking about scam and bad flowers happened to me. I ordered something beautiful, not what I got. These people are scams, as all have reported, I am trying my best now to shut them down. I'M TELLING YOU PEOPLE, IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE YOU'VE ORDERED DON'T!!! THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS. YOU ORDER A ROSE, YOU'LL GET A WILD FLOWER ON IT'S LAST LEGS

Horrible company. I order some flowers and a box of chocolates to be delivered to my niece for her birthday. What I ordered and what she recieved was completely different. The flower arrangement was cheap, pathetic looking and completely opposite from what I ordered. The box of chocolates turned out to be a couple of candy bars. HORRIBLE. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
