I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. Ordered for a Saturday delivery and nothing delivered. Called Monday and was told I'd be notified when delivered. Received a message about supply issues. I call to cancel only to find out it was already canceled without asking me first. Never again!!!

They don't deserve even one star
They don't deserve even one star. Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. She has never received them and the customer service at Patricia's have told me twice that they are "investigating". It is a scam. DO NOT use this florist if that's even what they are. Now I need to call my credit card company to cancel payment and my friend never got flowers for a special birthday.

Avoid this "company" at all costs
Avoid this "company" at all costs. They are NOT a local florist! I ordered flowers for an extremely ill friend. Today is the third day and still no flowers. I have canceled the order and got a true local florist. It has taken me almost 10 phone calls today with Patricia's. They hang up on you or you get cut off. BUYER BEWARE they are not a local florist. They don't even sound like Americans. I don't know who you are dealing with, but save yourself agony and make sure you have a florist actually in the town you are sending the flowers to.

No problems with Patricia's Petals - Recommended
I ordered an arrangement from Patricia's Petals online for a co-worker and not only did the florist deliver it the same morning, but the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I don't understand what the big deal is if they are listed as local as long as they use a florist in the area that can deliver. It's just like the old-fashioned FTD. Everyone is so negative these days.

Posed as a local florist via internet
Posed as a local florist via internet. Ordered a particular summery bouquet to be delivered to my sons girlfriend. $90 later, the flowers arrived on time but looked NOTHING like what I had chosen. A very masculine looking arrangement. Disappointed and notified my local florist that they were billing themselves as them. They said they had lawyers working on it.

Buyer Beware
My experiences with Patricia’s Petals are such that I would not recommend PP. As I made clear when I placed the original order over the phone, I sought a local florist to deliver to the Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain area as I am out of state. That ordering over the phone was time-consuming, but was acceptable. The order was for a son and daughter-in-law and their new baby.
The problems started when I began to receive calls and texts from various parties at PP. For much of the next day, I was not in a position to access messages. I am somewhat responsible for what unfolded because I was unavailable for extended periods. Part of the problem is that at least six people tried to contact me, some from their personal cell phones, from numbers from various US area codes, none of which I recognized. (I determined this after the fact.)
At approximately 2 pm local time, I talked with a person at PP and learned that part of the order could not be fulfilled, and PP wanted to know if I wanted to substitute other items. After a brief discussion expressing my displeasure after spending considerable time on the phone ordering, I asked for a credit to my credit card.
That seemed to cause the person on the phone some concern. After a few minutes, I still did not have confirmation that a credit was issued. I then asked if the order would still be delivered by the end of the day. Again the person was evasive and non-committal and told me he would have to check.
By then, I was fed up. I told the person on the phone I would give PP five minutes to run the credit and notify me if the order would be delivered that day. If not, I told PP I would advise my CC company to dispute the charge since PP did not honor the order to deliver on the requested date.
At 2:30 pm local time I texted one of the people who had texted me. I told the person to cancel the order and explained my earlier call with another PP person. I then talked with my CC company.
I have not had any communication from PP since that 2:30 pm time frame. A bit funny since there were so many attempts earlier in the day.
Around 6:00 pm local time, I heard from my kids that they found the floral arrangement on the front porch. They never heard a doorbell or knock. They happened to be going out the front door and found the arrangement.
The flowers were delivered after I requested PP to cancel the order earlier. As of this writing, my CC account does not reflect the credit that should have been issued, at a minimum, for the part of the order PP could not fulfill.
It would be nice to have heard from someone at PP after my 2:00 pm call.
As I went to post this review, I learned that they are not a local florist. People on the phone out and out lied to me they were local. The 90% bad rating makes sense based upon my experience.

BEWARE They are not a LOCAL Florist
They are NOT a florist- they are a wire out service and a SCAM- BE AWARE. They call local florists to fulfill their orders and we are told a price (not knowing how much of a cut they are taking). NOT worth risking our reputation as small business owners.

Ordered a casket spray for my…
Ordered a casket spray for my mother-in-laws funeral. Notified the day before at12:30 p.m.before her visitation that due to “supply chain” problems they would be unable to fulfill the order. Who does that? Knowing that there probably won’t be time to get one made. Are you Kidding me!! If I could leave negative stars I would. RUN RUN faraway from this company. And no they are not in your town as they lie and say. I point blank asked them and the CS rep I was speaking with said yes that they just hadn’t gotten their shop completely opened yet and that is why they were doing online or phone orders at the moment. LIES!!
