DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM PATRICIA'S PETALS! I ordered flowers on Tuesday online that were to be delivered Thursday for an 80th birthday. I got a call today that they couldn't be delivered until tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. I am waiting for a credit on my card.

What an incredible disappointment! They did not deliver on the date requested, the chocolate was melted and the "full sized" card I paid for was a crumpled piece of small paper. I also ordered and paid for a deluxe arrangement, which is not what was received. They don't accept phone calls so after emailing them explaining the issues, all they gave in way of refund was $30 on a $120 bill. It is extremely disheartening customer service, or rather a sorry excuse for it.

Terrible terrible terrible! They , at the last minute e-mailed me that they did not have the flowers I wanted. Then I got a text asking to rate my delivery that never happened. Waiting for my refund it's been 5 days now

I ordered the "Everything Orange" arrangement which is comprised of roses, lilies and 3 carnations. It arrived with 1 long stem yellow lily 2 orange carnations and greenery. After bearing the embarrassment of the dinky order they agreed to refund $17.49, the original order was $69 before taxes. DON'T ORDER here, you will regret it.

FAKE COMPANY! Took my money then said they couldn't fill the order due to supply chain issues - I said substitute it then, deliver SOMETHING - sorry we have nothing. Then I get a request to review them - called again and was told that my money had been refunded - I beg to differ - $91 mistake and my friend who I was trying to cheer up, well, sorry. A florist with zero product. FAKE COMPANY. Do not use them - wish I had read reviews first.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. I will NOT use this flower shop ever. I placed 2 orders and were NEVER delivered. I was told that one order was delivered and I called the recipient and the flowers were NOT delivered. They are bunch of LIARS! I cancelled the orders and requested the reverse the charges. Let's see how soon this will be processed.

My Dad ordered flowers, candy, etc to be delivered on my birthday. He received a text message ON my birthday telling him the order was canceled due to "supply chain issues." Per PP's website, substitutions can and will be made for items not available. Per a sales rep on the phone, "substitutions will Be made and the customer will be notified if this needs to be done." He was never notified of any supply chain issue and instead the order was just canceled on the day of delivery.

I placed an order on July 29, 2022 for a beautiful basket of mixed outdoor flowers. They were to be delivered to a funeral home by 4:00 pm on August 1st. My friend's uncle had passed away and I wanted to send her something nice. Patricia's Petals called me about 2:00 pm on the day of the funeral to tell me that they didn't have any of the plants to go in the basket. They ended up sending a very small arrangement of houseplants that arrived two hours late. Do not ever buy from this place! They even charged me the full amount of the original arrangement. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
