If you want less for more $$$ shop Patricia's Petals. I ordered a plant for my daughter's office. She had gotten a promotion plus it was her birthday. I ordered the upgraded plant and when she sent me a photo of what she received I thought "are you kidding me." I complained and they said they don't always have all products available. I certainly paid for the standard and not the upgrade. Not even a ribbon on that plant. This is a florist. You don't have any ribbon at your shop? I'd hate to see what your Christmas flowers, plants, etc. look like. Probably crap. Just like what my daughter received. Please go elsewhere to purchase flowers and/or plants. 1800flowers are better than this place. I wish I could attach photos.

What a terrible company. I ordered flowers from Patricias Petals for a friend whose father died. I ordered a pale pink bouquet as that was a favorite color of hers. When the flowers were not delivered by 4:30 on the promised delivery date, I called. They finally had the flowers delivered - at 8:00 p.m. that evening. Rather than the pretty pink arrangement I had ordered that I paid $80 for, she received a few orange and hot pink roses in a vase. It was so inappropriate for the occasion. Frankly, I could have gotten a better arrangement at our local grocery store. When I contacted the company and described my experience, I included a picture of the substandard delivery. I was told that they are allowed to make substitutions, but would refund $18.00 of my $80.00 purchase price. Please don't waste your time and money here. There are too many good companies out there that will deliver what you ordered. This has been such a bad experience for me.

I WISH I COULD GIVE A -5. PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AS I ORDERED 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE TOLD THE 40% OFF WAS NOT VALID ON MY ORDER. 1ST CLUE...CONTINUED WITH ORDER FOR FUNERAL SERVCE. THEN RECEIVED CALL 5 HOURS PRIOR TO WAKE SERVICE SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE THE FLOWERS FOR THE ARRANGEMENT AND I WOULD GET A DESIGNER'S CHOICE. COULD NOT SPECIFIY WHAT THAT WAS NOR GUARANTEE ON TIME DELIVERY. THE REP WAS EXTREMELY RUDE..I CANCELLED THE ORDER.. DO NOT USE EVER..READ OTHER REVIEWS.. IT IS A SCAM IN ALL WAYS....DO NOT USE... DO NOT USE.....EVER

If I could grade negative stars this would be it! Two hours before a funeral on Nov 18 I received a voice message saying they did not get their order of flowers ...because of the holiday and in turn were canceling my order. How embarrassing and incredibly poor business practice. No other options were offered just to bad you are cancelled. Customer service would only say they will get back to you with a phone call ( which never happened) Patricias Petals SUCKS

They had my order and took my money for a $135 bouquet 4 days ago, then just a few hours before the funeral today, they tell me they didn't have enough flowers to make the arrangement. We were on the road to the funeral when they sent the email, giving us no time to get a new bouquet sent. Now they are sitting on my money, which they say will take a week or more to see back in my account. Scammers! Avoid at all costs!

I couldn’t find same day delivery on 1800flowers or edible arrangements so I googled same day delivery and the zip code and this came up. This company is ALMOST a complete scam. While they did send the flowers and half deflated balloon I wish I could post the photo of the arrangement on the website and the arrangement that was delivered. The flowers were wilted and half dead. NONE of the flowers in the arrangement were the same as the website and I chose those so that they would be safe for cats, and even included in the message but they were in fact not cat safe. The arrangement was meant to be roses and Gerber daisies and had one single solitary dying rose. One bent dying sunflower. A bunch of strange filler put in the vase backwards, other not cat safe flowers and the back of the leaves were in the vase with the veins and stems facing out because they were all put in backwards, there was a few other strange flowers, all different lengths the vase was not the same. The wase was about half full and it looked like something a child put. together. There was no ribbon as pictured. It was absolutely humiliating to have sent these to my boyfriends mother.

Placed order online for sympathy basket but after a week and a day before delivery they said they needed to make substitution. I do realize that happens but the substitution was really low quality in comparison to what I ordered. Called them and expressed my disappointment and they said they would reimburse a little of my expense but a month later nothing so my recommendation is don't use this business.

I ordered flowers sent to my grandaughter for her birthday. The flowers were delivered to me instead. I asked them to rectify the mistake, but they said I had to pay because I accepted the flowers(ie. took them in off my front steps after the florist had rung my doorbell.). I am still disputing the charge with my credit card company.
