This is a total scam. Ordered flowers. Took my card information. Called back to say they were out of flowers. They took my 80$ !!!

I called to place a phone order, was advised that the arrangement pictured on their site was $59.99 instead of $49.99 as advertised. I told them I wanted the $49.99 arrangement, my total bill was $69.00, which I questioned, and was told there’s a $15.00 service charge. What the heck? I told them I was disappointed in the transaction and that my review would reflect that.

Patricias Petals in Tyler Texas If I could give them a zero I would Ordered funeral flowers a week before we needed them and they could not delivery until after the funeral tomorrow. Manager refused to get on the phone with me. Dispicable.!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PATRICIA'S PETALS!!! EVER!!!! Flowers were ordered for a funeral a week in advance. I received a confirmation. Funeral day- no flowers! I called and talked with a customer service rep that was not helpful at all and could not speak English- so frustrating! I was placed on a 15 min hold. NEVER CAME BACK! I ended up calling back from a different phone to be placed yet on another hold. The 2nd rep said that they will deliver my flowers to the church but they will not be delivered in time for the visitation/service. How embarrassing!!! I did not receive even a phone call from Patricia's Petals stating that they were going to be late, etc. Had I not been attending the funeral I never would have known that they were not delivered. What a horrible company! You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would not give ANYstars but forced to here.. ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Delivered to wrong address and refused to make good on the order by replacing it to intended receiver. They practically accused me of lying about delivery. Horrible customer service . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don’t know what they are doing, wasted 2 days of my life arguing with them to deliver properly.

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Wednesday and was told there was a supply shortage and they wouldn’t be delivered until Friday. Friday I was told they wouldn’t be delivered until the following Monday. I told them I’d be willing to look into options for other bouquets they had in stock and I was told they didn’t have ANY flowers. Why would they list their website as having bouquets they know they don’t have? Canceled my order immediately. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece for a beloved employee to be delivered today. At 3:00, I received an email stating they could not fill the order due to supply issues. All they would do is reimburse my spending. I called to discuss this with a customer service representative, and she not only could not pull up my order on their system, but she had no solution and was very unsympathetic. They indicated it is a supply chain issue, but by the time they notified me I had no alternative. Something is seriously amiss with this business, and their customer experience is terrible.

Placed an order to be delivered to the hospital where one my friends was recovering from the Club Q shooting. I ordered on Sunday and now it’s Wednesday and still nothing.They kept texting me telling me they had supply chain issues and now they’ve completely ghosted me. I’ve tried calling their customer service and they’ve either said their system is down or they just put me on hold and never come back. I will be disputing the charge and reporting them. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!
