We ordered a PREMIUM standing spray floral arrangement ($235.00) for my Mother's funeral. The arrangement that was delivered was an embarrassment. It was lacking in flowers and the flowers that were in the arrangement were drooping. So disappointing. I will not order from Patricia's Petals again.

READ the FINE PRINT... I ordered a long, low, Thanksgiving Table arrangement with two candles to be delivered Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Colors from the website show orange, yellow, brown, green, with tall orange candles. PERFECT? What was delivered was a clear glass vase of tall red flowers(not roses). Certainly not Thanksgiving, and not for a family dinner. When I called to express my disappointment, they said THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE color, style, theme, etc. and was given a $20 credit for my over $100 purchase... READ THE FINE PRINT.

This is a scam!! Do not buy from them. You pay more than they show on their website and do not get what you ordered. This is NOT a local family owned business! It’s a scam!
