Now are you telling me I must return ship this to CHINA because it doesn't measure to a "queen" bed? My zipcode is 53044. Absolutely thrilled w/ my purchase, my robe & set of PJ’S. I don’t like to order online to name Im not familiar with, they have been washed with no shrinkage, true to size. I did not put in dryer. Light gauze just what I was hoping for. I will definitely order again.

I ordered the Persimmon Flower coverlet and am so happy with it! The colors are beautiful and the weight is just right for summer. Shipping took two weeks from China which isn’t bad at all, and when I emailed customer service about purchasing additional pillow towels, they responded within one day. I’m a happy customer!

The company's response to my feedback was cookie cutter - saying to contact them and they will resolve the problem. I have exchanged multiple emails with their customer service and basically they said there is nothing they WILL do as it was my responsibility to check that King size was not US king size and that they do not provide a free return shipping label for refund. So I need to pay for shipping the product to China.

I ordered a queen size quilt and matching pillow shams. The photos on Ownkoti’s website depict the same. When I received my order the queen size quilt was as described and depicted in the photos. However, the pillow shams were not shams at all. They are two pieces of quilted fabric, in the dimensions of pillow shams, but not an ‘envelope’ that could contain a pillow or anything else. Simply two useless pieces of fabric. I paid what would be a normal price for what would be two pillow shams. A complete rip-off. After contacting the company they said they were “pillow towels” which sounds like a bad translation error (pillow towels are not a thing) and that is not the product described or depicted when I placed my order. I asked for a refund, they only offered a 15% credit for a future purchase?! I very much DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from this company. My response to Ownkoti’s reply of 7/8/2026: I was offered the opportunity to select another “pillowcase” from the product selection in a link provided by the vendor. After viewing the selection, 1. There are many customer reviews that mention receiving wrong sized, missing or poor quality items under the Pillowcases section. 2. I notice there are new photos on the website that now show that some of the pillow covers are literally just one layer of fabric (a swatch) and not in fact envelopes, covers or shams. If I had been aware of these issues and conditions at the time of purchase I would not have purchased these items. The photos on their website at the time I purchased are not like the new photos that more accurately depict the so-called “pillow towels”. I will not be making a new selection and will not be buying from this company again. Update: on 7/12/26 and again on 7/13/26 I was contacted via email by Ownkoti to accept a partial refund if I would take down my reviews of my consumer experience with them and their products. I have refused to accept a refund from them under those terms. I have shared my factual account of my actual experience with them as a bona fide purchaser. I would prefer to be out the money if it means alerting other consumers to their products and business practices.

I ordered a kimono. Gorgeous. Great quality and craftmanship. I ordered another. Material was soft, colors were beautiful. My first order, too big so I exchanged for smaller size. Great customer service...very fast response...very easy. I'll be buying gifts from Ownkoti. Great product.

I ordered an XXL sized pajama based on the company’s website size guide. I normally wear a 16/18. The pajamas are so small I can’t even get them on. They look to be more of a small/medium. I checked their return policy and it is also prohibitive. You have to absorb the cost of shipping the return, and I assume that means all the way back to China. It also doesn’t include a return reason that the item was too small. It was a very costly mistake that I will not make again. I will say that the pajamas are well made and the fabric is nice, but their sizing is WAAAAAY off the mark.

Towels/fabrics are beautiful as expected. My kitchen is orange so they’re perfect.
