I have purchased three item from Ownkoti, and they run large! So I guess it must depend on the item. I love the lounge set and summer robes that I purchased. Customer service was very responsive when I complained about the size being too large.

This white linen nightshirt was exactly as pictured. The sizing was right, the fabric is crisp. Shipping wasnt overly long and I and I am really pleased with the product. Three friends have also complimented it.

Much smaller compared to actual label size! Please be aware that their return policy is cumbersome and very difficult. In the end, I kept the items.

I ordered the bathrobe and absolutely love it. The sash is long enough, the fabric feels luxurious, and it has pockets you can actually use. I have been looking at this for some time now. Excited to own my ownkoti. Now I want the nightgown.

What a great experience! I ordered a kimono that was just a size too small for me when it arrived. Instead of returning it, I was offered the right size kimono for just a small fee and was offered to keep the smaller kimono which fits my wife perfectly!
