Any time you see a running clock on a website you should be leery. Almost purchased a blanket but decided to inquire about this site. It is not trustworthy, especially with a review saying no returns. That is suspicious because there is no address available. Stay away.

I ordered my order on Dec 3, 2022 and I still haven’t received it , it’s now Jan 4 th. 2023. I guess I will need to make a claim through my PayPal account to get my money back. It was a 200.00 order

Hi, may I know your order number or email address on your order so we can check your order for you and provide you a more accurate answer promptly? It is very difficult to find your order without any information because there are numerous orders in our system.

Poor quality. They do not accept returns. VERY disappointed in the product. WAY overpriced.

I never received my order. They provide fraudulent tracking info from China. If you message them for helped they will block you or say it is "not their problem." Had to file a dispute with Paypal. Stay away!

Ordered a Christmas table runner in November. It’s now December 20 and it’s still not arrived and they’re asking me to wait another 7 days!!! This place is an absolute joke. They’re refusing to refund any part of my order or help in any way. DON’T sell Christmas stuff if you have no intention on shipping it FOR Christmas. If I would’ve known it was cheap China crap when I ordered I never would have ordered. Will never place another order again.

While it took a little while to get to me, the bedspread I ordered was actually nicer than I expected and the exact weight and texture I was hoping for. It’s absolutely gorgeous to boot, and has become probably my favourite blanket in the house.

Color of sofa color not as advertised. Was supposed to be off white/brown but was pink. Ownkoti would only offer refund after I threatened to leave bad review. Now they will refund but I have to send back to China, costing about $110.

I ordered a blanket from this company. It took a while to come and I was a little worried so I reached out to them. They responded right away and I received the blanket a few days later. I love the blanket!! It looks exactly like the picture. I could not be happier! ☺️
