Size chart inaccurate. Too small item must be returned to China, which is no where mentioned on their web site. Replacement order tried again. We ordered a nightdress and they sent us pajamas. They refused to correct their mistake after evidence showing them their error. Refund offered after we pay return shipping for their mistake. Shipping to China is approx $27 for a $60 item. 2/4/24 Based on your reply, we gladly ship the items to your return warehouses in California at our expense and request a full refund less our $9 shipping charge for both items. It is too problematic to deal with a seller so far away, especially when they make a mistake in the item being marked incorrectly on their end.

I ordered a reversible bedspread and, on both sides, the colors in the bedspread I received were completely different from what was featured on the website. The pattern was the same and the overall quality is quite good, but I had chosen this particular bedspread because the colors went with my decor. I'm waiting to hear back about a refund but I don't have much hope. Update: They responded with an email saying that the color difference "is unavoidable due to different mobility display." This is ridiculous. Of course you can show the real colors of a product on a website. They offered me an $8 refund on what had been a $159 purchase. Not acceptable. Unless you are color blind, don't order, there's now way to know what you're getting and no recourse
