Beautiful blanket and robe
I ordered two items, a blanket and a robe. The order took over a month to receive and I was beginning to think it wasn't going to arrive, but I am very happy with what I received. I purchased the robe for my son and he finds it very comfortable and pleasant to wear. The blanket was purchased as a gift and it was a joy to give a gift as beautiful as this blanket. The construction seems good, the materials are soft and breathable, and the colors and design are absolutely gorgeous. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered an XXL pajama set and what I…
I ordered an XXL pajama set and what I received is much smaller (28 inch waist and 42 inch chest) than the measurements on their website. So the set is NOT AS DESCRIBED. When I contacted them (via email) I was told I would have to pay shipping to return them. Why should a customer pay to return an item that was not the size I ordered and does not have the measurements they noted for an XXL. Then I was asked to send photos. I have tried this 4 times and even sending just one photo at a time. Each time the message has been bounced back to me say "Message length exceeds limit set by recipient" This site is just one huge SCAM and absolutely no real customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered 3 sets of lounge wear and they arrived in a decent time but the quality wasn't great as a lot of the threads are coming loose.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I have now been waiting 3 months for my package and customer service has been anything but helpful. I asked for a refund and was asked to pay an additional 10€ for the package to be shipped back to china and have not received any updates since refusing to pay even more money to them.

Scam
Scam, Ordered a robe and 2 sets of pajamas, Items took forever, almost a month. All 3 was crammed into a black plastic bag. They are definitely not cotton as advertised. The material is airy and cheap. Don't know the exact material as there are no tags with material and country of origin on any of them, which is required by law I believe. Contacted them right away for a return label/address and again a few weeks later. Get the same generic response, but no return info. Its been almost 2 months and I finally requested a refund from Pay Pal.

Long wait, then no product
After waiting longer than the advertised time for processing and shipping and never receiving any tracking information, I inquired. It is true they acknowledged I'd made the purchase and informed me they were out of stock. Please choose different curtains. I have requested a refund, since I have no interest in waiting any longer and from reading so many bad reviews. We'll see!

Cheap, misleading items & impossible returns
I ordered a quilt and (what I thought were) shams. They shipped quickly, but the items were super low-quality. I could see through the quilt if I held it up to the light, and the shams were actually "pillow towels," which is a concept I've never heard of before. Fine, I ordered off an Instagram ad, it's my own fault. But they make the return process IMPOSSIBLE, and continuously offered a discount (on more cheap stuff? no thanks), finally giving me a Chinese address that I could not find a way to ship the items back to, and I'm not confident they would have refunded me if they had made it back. All ini all, a super disappointing way to lose $200.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I ordered a comforter and robe, and the tracking they offered didn’t say which carrier would be delivering it(usps, Ups, fedex, etc). And when they marked it as Delivered, there was nothing to be found at my address. I emailed them and they sent an automated response saying to check neighbors, etc when i told them I have no neighbors nearby, I checked everywhere, and I don’t have a post office delivery. I can’t contact the carrier because their tracking didn’t show who would deliver it. I believe they are a scam bc I do not have the product I ordered, and they wouldn’t help me when I told them I never received the item. Shameful
