ownkoti.comReviews of ownkoti.com

The team were so patient and helpful in working towards a solution and getting me the right size and colour after I mistakenly ordered a large green/blue instead of medium blue/green. The robe itself is lovely fabric and very special to wear. I am completely happy with it and with the attitude of the team at Ownkoti.

Product arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The colors are lovely and the items are soft and pretty. This is my 2nd purchase because I love the colors and styles.

This cotton quilt is just what I've been searching for—lightweight and comforting. The fabric is delicate, yet it doesn't seem brittle.

Ordered a quilt and pillowcase set, which arrived after a few weeks. When I opened the package, I could tell the product was not as good as it looked on the advertisement. The pattern felt very pixelated and cheap to me, and the colors, while the same colorway I saw, felt muted. I went to connect to their customer service about a return and learned that 1. you must email them for the return address, which is likely in China 2. You must pay for the return shipping and tracking 3. They have to 'accept' your return in order to issue a refund 4. The email address provided doesn't work - I entered it in by copying and pasting and keep getting a failure from my email provider saying that "Message length exceeds limit set by recipient." I plan to resolve with my payment method provider, but this is not the high-quality product I expected, and it certainly has a low-quality level of customer service.

The company has agreed to make things right and reship the lost item. I am pleased at this response so am amending my original review.

I ordered a Kimono. The size chart was not correct. Product was way too small. A return from Europe is nearly impossible. You have to pay for the shipping and take care of customs regulations with no support from the shop. The communication with the support in the beginning was not the best. After I left a one star review here, I was offered a refund for the product (excl. shipping costs)without having to return it. After all I'm quite happy about this solition, scince I thought my money was gone. Still it is a shame, that I had to post a review before I was offered the refund.

Same experience as all other 1 star reviews on here. Terrible quality product drop shipped from China, sizing is well off what it suggests, and returns are at your expense back to China! Even Temu offer free returns. Absolute waste of time and money sadly.

The fabric and print in my kaftan/robe is very high class and comfortable. I have bought this to go on a planned cruise. I’ve been wearing it the last few days when people come to visit as I’ve been unwell. They comment on how lovely it is. The only reason I did not give my experience a 5, is that the garment was a little bit expensive - however hopefully will be long-lasting and therefore worth the expense.
