They “say” the products I ordered was delivered in the afternoon on New Year’s Day! Just dropped on the front porch from the photo they sent me. But the photo is taken in the night and one photo shows the package on the middle of a porch in the darkness and the next photo shows an empty porch. When I contacted them about this shady delivery they have yet to reply. STAY AWAY from this scammer.

Do not order from this company it is in China not UK as claims,the sizes are all wrong I ordered M and wouldn't fit a child, cheap fabric. They won't even discuss replacement or return. I'm opening a PayPal case. Stay away at all costs. The photos are nothing like the garment.

Please be aware that the sizing is extremely OFF on pajamas / loungewear. It's not an issue of non-US or non-European sizing, since they offer sizing chart with conversions and measurements. But it's still so wrong. I read other reviews that said they run small, but I ordered TWO sizes up since I wanted the loungewear (especially the top) to be very loose. It was still so small and tight around the chest and hips. Ridiculous for pajamas to be this tight! Fabric is soft and the prints are lovely, but sizing issue combined with 3 week shipping time & then complicated expensive returns process means I won't bother ordering from Ownkoti again.

Order and delivery were all fine. I ordered a Japanese style pyjama set. The design is lovely but the fabric feels quite coarse to me and not the soft cotton it claims to be. I washed them in a quick 30 degree wash to see if that would soften them (which it didn't) and they seem to have shrunk. A bit disappointed really. A real shame because the design is lovely but can't imagine sleeping comfortably in them.

I ordered on January 19,2026 and got no tracking number actually nothing but the initial email acknowledged the purchase. Its 10 days later no order, nothing. I emailed them about being forced to dispute my payment with my credit card card company due to non receipt of my order which I paid in full. My email has not even been acknowledged by them although its verified that it was sent This is the last time I will ever order anything from this company. American company only for me from now pn

I ordered pajamas (lounge set) and was thrilled with the workmanship, the style and the fabric, which is one of the most beautiful fabrics I have ever seen. I ordered the size suggested (M), but unfortunately did not see the noted length of the sleeve. Everything fits perfectly except the sleeve ends about three inches above my wrist.I have already washed and dried them so can't send them back. I am so disappointed because I love them and I would have ordered more. I don't understand the negative comments about the fabric and workmanship, because as I said everything except the length of the sleeve was perfect, even the shipping. This company is far from a "sham" as it has been called. I have ordered clothing from China in the past and it HAS been a sham. This one is not. I'm really sad about not being able to use the pajamas

I ordered a beautiful robe...yellow ginkgo pattern...in large as the size chart suggested. It was way too big and I commented on their Facebook page. The company contacted me and after a couple weeks I received a new robe in medium...for additional postage only...and was told to keep the large one. Communication by email was plentiful. Thank you..I love the robe!

I was greatly surprised at the beautifully designed and well made light to mid-weight cotton fabric robes. I ordered two different colors for my daughters in-law and found they were so lovely, that I ordered a third for myself in the ginkgo pattern! I just love the contrasting colors used in these garments and they were wonderfully received as presents, as well as a great gift for myself! “Great taste” if I must say so myself! You will not be disappointed!
