Truly awful products made to falsely look good online, extortionate return fees. Reached out to their support team and dragged into a ridiculous discussion on what the item was/wasn't. They pitch as Japanese (premium) however are actually a cheap Chinese outfit selling low grade fabric as quilts/towels/sheets.

Bought pajamas for my wife in wrong size. They would not exchange them. Two weeks of sometimes unintelligible emails got me to the point where they said they would send me the correct size (I could keep the original shipment) if I would pay an additional fee of 12.00 to PayPal. Paid the fee. They then said they wanted a “picture” of the payment. Weeks later. Still no new shipment.

I ordered apparel for my own use. I have to say that the pieces I ordered were beautifully designed and crafted; the fabric was also a very good quality. However, my only complaint is that it took 5 weeks to receive the package, which is understandable.

love my robe. soft and cool to wear. as a Southerner the breathable soft fabric is a delight. the colours and pattern are classic and very pleasantly calming a beautiful addition to my evening routine. look forward to exploring more of these products.

This company is fraudulent and deceptive. I ordered two sets of pajamas and requested a return. They replied that I must send the items to China, at my expense! Their website does not state that returns must be mailed to China. This makes returns functionally impossible--at the very least, it would likely cost more to mail back than the amount of the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very happy with the quality of the pyjamas I ordered. After a slight delay due to the festive period, the customer service department was very efficient in answering my email, and my parcel arrived a few days later. Thank you!

I've ordered three bedspreads. The first was beautiful and sized properly for a queen sized bed. The second was sized a bit smaller and did not hang down the sides as much. Both the 1st and second orders were gorgeous prints which are the most attractive reason to purchase from the company. I was looking for a neutral color and print for the third. Ginkgo, a shade of white and tan. The pattern was so incredibly subtle and barely, I mean barely visible that I requested a return because it did not even close resemble the legibility of the design in the photo...yes I know all computer monitors read differently. I took photos and the company disagreed with my evaluation. I sent a complaint to my bank card and PayPal. They received the same response from the company even though my photos and Ownkoti's looked vastly different, My photos basically read as an off white muslim fabric with out any design. The company's return policy is unreasonable, send it back which would cost me $80+ to China for a spread that cost me over $100, or keep it for a ridiculously low amount. So I went for a refund. I got $15 back. The site leads one to believe the articles do not come from China, but they do. So much as I love the prints, I'll never order from them again as their business practices are deceiving and totally unreasonable and totally to their benefit. Review their return and refund policy, think twice before purchasing from this company.
